Will I be on a good path in the future?
I'll be 45 next month, and I've been unemployed for a few months now. Spending time lazily every day like this doesn't add anything, so if I don't work my whole life until old age and live a self-depraved lifestyle every day, I'm sure I'll be regarded as a loser. I really want to work if I can work in general, but it's impossible for me to control my emotions. Even at the company I got a job at, if I don't like something, there's a bad habit of getting angry at the other person right away, getting angry, and eventually attacking others. Until now, I have worked for a general company many times as a disabled person, but it didn't last so easily, and I quit myself because I was disgusted by relationship problems and work. I felt angry at a counselor at another business site that I had visited even at the workshop I had gone to for 1 year before, and I became emotional and yelled at them, and at the end I revealed my anger by flickering the scissors I had brought in front of the staff and saying they killed that counselor, so as a result, I was forced to quit the workshop in March. The consultation support staff told me that I can't work right away, probably because I'm mentally weak, and it seems that from now on I will use psychosomatic medicine daycare while I'm going to the hospital. The trial use is still only possible for the first time, and it is impossible to schedule the trial use due to staff circumstances, and there will be a second trial use at the beginning of next month. Once I finished using the trial for the 3rd time, I had an interview with the staff and I just waited for a good path such as general employment by participating in daycare every weekday from now on. Daycare is just a place to stay during the day on weekdays because you can't get paid like at a workshop. Until now, I have had a lot of black history, and my life seems to be at a rock bottom, but now negative thoughts such as wanting to die or that I'm a person not worth graduating from middle school have been suppressed. The reason is that I exercise by walking and swimming for 1 hour at the gym every day. Starting this year, the number of people rushing to the hospital for emergency outpatient clinics has decreased dramatically, and physical pain and malaise have also been relieved. I thought this was the result of exercising every day. I'm currently talking to the person in charge of people with disabilities at Hello Work that I want to get a job as soon as possible. By the way, I have something to think about, but I plan to use it regularly for psychosomatic medicine daycare from next month onwards, but if I go to daycare every day, will I definitely be able to open up a good path such as general employment? There seems to be a high tendency for general employment and severe employment as I age, but I wish I could decide on a job in my 40s, but please tell me how I can get to a good path.
