I'm anxious and it's hard

I'm a high school student.
It's summer vacation now, but I'm not good at school, I have few friends, and I'm lethargic every day. I often feel vague anxiety, and I want to die. My stomach hurts when I'm nervous, but I wasn't able to take classes properly at school, and I felt like I was truant. I have no hope for the future, and now I'm really bad at studying, which I was pretty good at until junior high school. I'm anxious about living, and I'm caught up in anxiety every day.
How can we live an enjoyable and fulfilling life?

Do you need a fun and fulfilling day?

Nice to meet you, Jasminebell.

It looks like you're here with a lot of anxiety.

I am plagued by lethargy and vague anxiety.

I think it's going to be hard.

Finally, you ask, “How can we live a fun and fulfilling life?” It is now written.

From the bottom of their heart, I think they are looking for a fun and fulfilling day.

But does everyone else just live a fun and fulfilling day?

There is also a saying, “All humans are born crying.”

There are probably people who “always have a fun and fulfilling day.”

However, there are many people who aren't.

The meaning of the same fact changes depending on how you perceive it.

There is a saying “all laws are unselfish.”

It's all in a relationship.

Are all of the “relationships” surrounding you negative?

A teacher at an American university should look for five things a day that you think you can be thankful for.

Write it down for a week.

It seems that they are going to give you homework called.

It seems that when they finish this homework, the students will have a bright face.

By finding elements they can be thankful for in relationships they thought were uneasy and depressing until then, these students probably gained bright hope and courage.

The “fun and fulfilling everyday” you're looking for isn't a dream story somewhere else,

Maybe if you could change your mind switch a little bit, it would change to something right next to you?

Why don't you take your mind off the negative spiral.

 Nice to meet you, Jasminebell.

It hurts my heart that they seem to spend every day in anxiety.

Until high school students, “I have to go to school and study.” That's a big value, isn't it? However, when you become an adult, you realize that there isn't much point in such a thing. What is important for humans is to wish for people's happiness and to act for that purpose. You can do that in your own way. That is my job.

“I have to go to school.” “You have to be able to study.” etc., “It has to be like this.” The thought is, “You can't do it like that.” → “But I have to.” → “After all, I can't do it.” It brings up this thought, and it becomes a negative spiral, and it always hurts me.

However, if you think about it carefully, there are actually no rules about how to live.
You should live your life by hoping for people's happiness (including your own happiness) in your own way.

Why don't you take a break from school or study and do what you can do one by one?
Everything is good, such as cleaning, walking, reading, research, etc.
If you visit graves and clean graves, your mind will be freed from a pretty negative spiral.

Even if you make an effort to do something you're not good at, it's difficult for Jasminebell to keep doing it for close to 80 more years until you can chase your life. You can only live your life in your own way, so think of it as an opportunity to think about what it is, and cherish your time now.

The Buddha always recognizes Jasminebell as he is.

Life is hard for the most part.

I didn't enjoy high school either. I don't have any friends, and people like so-called Yankees make me do homework... Teachers are indifferent to students, and there is no teacher like GTO. They were people who only looked at students improving their grades.
However, I went on to college as a ronin, and made many friends at university, prep school, and driving school (training camp). Even now, we keep in touch once in a while.
Don't you think you have to enjoy life every day of every month, every day of the month? Could that be a huge mistake? With the exception of a handful of people, most of life is hard, dull and dry. Among them, I am living to somehow find a change in myself.
If you don't like high school that much, why not drop out and get a job somewhere? But even there, they probably said it was painful and posted on hasunoha. The situation you're in right now may be difficult. But let's face the difficulties as much as possible. All you have to do is do the right thing. It's OK to lose. We might lose now, but will we adjust to the others at that time? I think it's okay to run away. If it's within 1 week, it doesn't matter if you don't go to school. Let's do it up to 3 times. I hope it doesn't become a habit. If it becomes difficult to stay no matter what, let's transfer schools or go to a free school and save only the big exam. Find your own place by considering all means other than withdrawal, acting with bad guys, and getting involved in crime. At that time, let's contact the parents who paid the tuition fees and make a consultation report.
The eagle has become somewhat fun. It's up to you whether to use this as a reference or not. Just in case, please do so at your own risk.

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

How you suffer from anxiety... We have answered the following questions until now about matters related to anxiety and fear.

Anxiety and fear are naturally necessary in order to avoid personal danger in advance, but if they go too far and cause various problems, it becomes a problem.

Of course, the fact that you are falling into various anxiety about your current school and studies may be a sign that you are aiming to avoid some kind of danger or crisis.

If you overdo it, your body and mind will be modulated, and it's not very good to be driven too far to “want to die.”

However, it is about how many people, including family and school, who understand it are around, and I think there are times when people overdo it or hesitate because they just can't say what they want to say.

Anyway, if you seem to be able to gain the understanding of your family and school teachers, etc., I think it would be a good idea to take a break for a while until you have an answer to a certain extent, even when thinking about your future, what you want to do, and your dreams and goals.

There was a similar period in my life, but I had the experience of going to the library, a few libraries on a tour, and gradually being able to look forward while reading only the books I wanted to read, taking notes, and spending time studying.

By all means, I would like to take this opportunity to recommend visiting various libraries. I think it will also be a good change of pace, a sense of openness or freshness, away from the everyday atmosphere for a little while.

Also, please refer to the humble answer below.
