I'm ashamed of my past immaturity

Often, actors and singers are too embarrassed to listen to their past performances and songs. I hear a story about not being able to watch.

I think the fact that my past self looks bad is proof that my current self has grown, but after all, it's pretty tough to be able to show off my immaturity in various ways from the past ('`)

Why couldn't they have done better? Thoughts swirl around in my head about why I decided this was OK and put it out in public.

As for myself, I definitely feel that I have grown. It would be nice if I could come to think that my skills have improved, but the current situation is that it's not easy, and things like regret win over the actual sense of growth.

I'm worried about how to come to terms with these feelings ('`;)

Heartfelt things always move people.

I read it.

As you asked, they have clearly captured the past to the present, and I think they are observing, considering, and gaining insight.

At that time, precisely because it was 100% power at that time, there was no problem with that at that time, and it was the correct answer at that time. Also, since I have enough confidence behind it to demonstrate 100% power, it looks cool and beautiful from the surroundings no matter what genre it is.

For example, if an elementary school student draws a portrait of their parents, it is generally judged that they are bad at it, but the parents who receive it are moved.
This is the difference between putting in with all your heart, and it is judged that either bad or good is fine, and the receiving side changes depending on whether the feelings at that time are serious or not.

You probably know “unity of knowledge and action,” but “it means that knowledge and practice are one. Also, even if you have knowledge, if you don't put it into practice, it cannot be called true “knowledge,” and the idea is that knowledge accompanied by practice is true “knowledge.”

In Shingon Esoteric Buddhism, it is often referred to as both semantic wings, and airplanes do not fly with one wing in the same way. In the same way, it not only enriches knowledge, but also changes into confidence that can only be demonstrated 100% of the power that matches knowledge when put into practice.

If you have a state of mind where you can demonstrate the ability (practice) associated with knowledge, you won't compare yourself to your surroundings, you won't be aware of it, and it will be a beautiful memory even as time passes and you grow, and you will have a self that you can be satisfied with.

I think I'm just telling you things over and over again that I'm poor and that I understand. Also, please wait for responses from other monks.
