Weakly intentioned

My intentions are really weak, and I've been worried all the time.
Even if it's a decision, I procrastinate, put it off, such as let's do my best from tomorrow, and even cause trouble to people around me because it's work or private time.
I'd like to hear some words.
I look forward to working with you.

Lower the hurdle to work hard a little bit. Small changes always give you great confidence.

Why don't you lower the hurdle of trying hard a little bit?
For example, I have time to work hard, what to work on, and relaxation time for rest and play as much as I work hard.

Then, little by little, by accumulating every day, I think it's okay to achieve goals ahead of time. Even so, small changes are sure to give you a lot of confidence.

Don't just think with your heart, record it so you can see it with your eyes. That, too, is encouraging.

For now I'll just do it for 10 minutes

If you're unsure whether to do it, etc., I recommend that you just try it for 10 minutes.
Try it for 10 minutes and if it's too hard, stop it.
It's about time I went to the bathroom, so it's not a waste of time.
Also, if you try it for just 10 minutes, you can grasp the overall volume of the work and grasp the overall image, and if it's about this much work, you may be able to understand that you can't make it in time no matter what time of the day of the week.
Also, if you try it for 10 minutes, you'll unexpectedly feel like it, and you may be able to do it for 1 hour and 2 hours.
For now, 10 minutes.
Please keep that in mind.

Hayashi-sensei said it on TV, right?
“When do you start doing it?” → “Right now!” I mean.
If you think of it, it's a good idea to start right away.

Even if it's troublesome, you'll have to do it sometime, so it feels better to do it more and more than to be confused about “let's do it tomorrow.”
When you listen to a musical intro, you want to listen to the continuation. Once you've made it to the middle of the game, I'm worried about the continuation. After a little while at the beginning, you'll want to keep doing it. Also, I've heard stories that when turning it over to the next day, it's more motivated if you carry over at a halfway point rather than stopping at a point where you have a good sense of control.
It seems that the brain instinctively wants to skip ahead. Trick your brain and get the job done.

Sometimes it doesn't last because I look too much into the future

Hello. I read your question.
My name is Jikai.

It takes courage in everything to keep going.
But once you get the hang of it, it's not surprisingly difficult.
You've actually been able to keep “living” up to this point, haven't you?

First, just focus on today's day, on the present moment, and then repeat this.
In Buddhism, “now” and “here” are the most important things.
It's nonsense to get caught up in the past and think about this and that, or think too much about the future that hasn't come yet.

When you work on something, the future where you keep going is supposed to be like this
You don't have to keep thinking about that.
For now, I'll get my hands on what's right in front of me and do as much as I can today.
If it seems like I can do my best, if it doesn't work, I'll try just a little bit.
You don't have to think about what happened yesterday.

If it piles up, then before you know it, there will be a road behind you.
