Hello. I read your question.
My name is Jikai.
It takes courage in everything to keep going.
But once you get the hang of it, it's not surprisingly difficult.
You've actually been able to keep “living” up to this point, haven't you?
First, just focus on today's day, on the present moment, and then repeat this.
In Buddhism, “now” and “here” are the most important things.
It's nonsense to get caught up in the past and think about this and that, or think too much about the future that hasn't come yet.
When you work on something, the future where you keep going is supposed to be like this
You don't have to keep thinking about that.
For now, I'll get my hands on what's right in front of me and do as much as I can today.
If it seems like I can do my best, if it doesn't work, I'll try just a little bit.
You don't have to think about what happened yesterday.
If it piles up, then before you know it, there will be a road behind you.
