It becomes an adjustment disorder due to power harassment in the workplace.

I retired from my medical job where I worked for over 10 years.
The reason is that I myself have reached my mental and physical limits due to poor work environments, power harassment in the workplace over many years, and sexual harassment from patients, and I have developed adjustment disorder.

In my workplace, there was power harassment, sexual harassment, and unreasonable treatment on a daily basis, and it was left unattended.
In particular, women in their 60s called “gokoku-sama” were forced to work, and if they refused, they were disobeyed, and treated close to bullying.
I was harassed like stalkers, such as sexual behavior from patients and stalking at work.
Nevertheless, from the standpoint of being younger, I persevered and continued to try to respond rationally.

However, that patience did not pay off.
Last year, when I urged my office to work, I was forced to retire due to power harassment and fuss, but then they appeared at work pretending to be a “patient,” and they began monitoring me when I was alone.
I have been working while wearing myself down as the brunt of power harassment or as a buffer.

Even when I talked to my boss, they couldn't get along with “it's because of my mind” or “put up with it,” and I reached my mental and physical limits, and I developed an adjustment disorder.
Even when I left, the company dealt with careless responses from beginning to end, didn't give me any contact, and I was very hurt by my heartless attitude. The HR department also didn't respond with common sense, and I feel that my trust was betrayed.

I also consulted with public institutions, but understanding of adjustment disorder was poor, and it was suspected that “there is no motivation to work,” and treatment of unemployment benefits as an illness was not recognized.
As a result, the condition worsened, and procedures are currently underway so that unemployment benefits can be received as an illness through a private agency company.

And now, I'm wrapped in a deep sense of loss and emptiness, wondering “what was I” and “what was the meaning of these 10 years.”

The self that continued to put up with sexual harassment
I was just wiping other people's butts
The self that adjusted my life only to the convenience of others
As people around me progressed with marriage, childbirth, and career advancement, I was at a standstill

I just can't fall in love with myself like that right now. I even think it was stupid.

How should I accept this past experience and connect it to my next life?
How should we accept the absurdity of society and the unreasonableness of others?
How can we overcome the sense of helplessness of not being able to become anyone?

Please give me some advice.

That was tough

It's been a tough 10 years.
You must have had a very hard time.
From here on, let's focus on our future lives.

There's no going back to the past. Please don't worry. How to live a happy life from now on is important. Musubi Shio probably has a very kind personality.

You don't have to accept everything that is unreasonable. It's also important to be able to say this is wrong.
Use your time for your happiness.

On the other hand, my experience up until now has been a teacher, and I think it would be good if I changed my learning to live my life so as not to become like that kind of person, and not get close to such people.

If Musubi Shio can relax her mind, I think it would be nice if she could feel the joy of living in a large vessel. I hope they will focus on a way of life where people can enjoy themselves and feel happy by doing things that benefit others.

The number of people waiting for a safe place is spreading even further to the outside world

How tough was the environment? While being subjected to various acts of violence...
Compliance and governance are a mess in the workplace. It doesn't protect you as an employee, and it's like the whole organization drove them into it. It's frustrating; it's unforgivable, isn't it?

The reality is that even if you file a legal lawsuit, proof takes time and is difficult. It's like crying and falling asleep, and I'm disgusted by such an unreasonable society.

Let's take a good rest. It makes me want to lament lost time, but my anger only increases. The workplace will lose an important employee (you) who has worked sincerely, and you will regret it very much. It will definitely have an impact on your work. Think of it as if you didn't quit, but rather abandoned this kind of workplace.

First, let's rest our mind and body and heal the wounds we've received. Even if the environment you've worked in is bad, the strength you've worked hard for has become an ability to support you. I did my best. that was great.

That's because environments and encounters where you can work with peace of mind have spread even further to the outside world. There's someone waiting for you.
Well done, keep your heart in yourself. If it were you, I'd be fine.

I sincerely pray that you will recover

I read it.
You've been plagued by severe sexual harassment and power harassment at work and have become an adjustment disorder. And you're still having a very hard time right now. I don't know the details about you or your workplace, but I really understand your painful feelings.
I think you were severely damaged there. That's why you've been forced to just put up with it. So you're a victim, and you're not at all bad.
That organization and workplace are bad.
Please take care of yourself first and take a good rest. Please heal your broken heart and rest. And please share your thoughts here too. Also, let's talk about your painful feelings and circumstances to specialists and counselors, let them take them firmly, and clearly communicate your thoughts. And let's ease your mind little by little.
Once you have calmed down little by little, let's discuss the damage you have suffered on human rights.
Let's talk about human rights with the local legal affairs bureau, etc.

And I will support you from the bottom of my heart.

When did the problem become a problem, and who sees it as a problem?

First of all, I must have had a hard time with so many things in my life. Thank you for your hard work. ('-`*) Please take a break before reading.
Now now. I'm no longer at the scene. My body and mind are now in a quiet place away from that place.

If you're alive, you'll always run into Shomonai humans.
It's called resentment, hate, bitterness.
I'm surprised that there are Shomonai people.
I myself am a Shomonai person to someone somewhere.
A good person for someone is a troublesome person for someone else.
If you also do it carelessly, it will have an unfavorable effect for someone else.
On the other hand, if you do something needed, helpful, or good for someone else, you will be loved.
Let's ask for salvation.
To that end, please first remember a hundred times that “there is nothing but an effect in this world.” until I understand what it means.
There are bad people, and there are Shomonai humans, and that kind of person was created
It's just that they were inspired by such bad effects. The fact that you don't feel right now or that it's already past, making yourself suffer, and making today boring for nothing by thinking about things you don't need probably only have that kind of effect.
So you should change relationships, change efforts, and change your approach.
By doing so, new effects are created.
What will change your future results is your new approach, engagement, and addition of relationships.
It's about knowing that it's a bad relationship, a bad approach, and the bad cause itself, and stopping it.

Your current suffering is also a result of yourself pressing a new negative replay button in your head today.
What lies ahead in life is reality and fact, and any event is initially colorless and transparent. The impressions and reactions that occur in your mind after that event are like your habit. It's something you can change to fresh every time starting today.
Please say “I won't have the same negative reaction” a hundred times.
You are also the one who repeats the negative reactions in your mind, so your brain can understand it.
I said I won't think about making myself suffer anymore.
Past experiences are learning to improve one's own spirit. Please change for the better.
When you go beyond that, you are no one and you can become a free person with great power.
