I don't need an incompetent person

I'm talking about work.
I'm currently doing accounting. It's been half a year with no experience.
The person taking over is doing accounting and general affairs.
What the president and the person taking over were talking about today was about trying to do general affairs on a temporary basis. I think everyone at the head office is a full-time employee. We are running with a small number of people.
Why don't you talk about that to me who usually takes over...?
I heard them talking to others before about the story that general affairs are impossible for young children.
I was actually watching that work while doing accounting, but I thought it would be quite difficult to have many hours of overtime and relationships.
During the chat, they talked about how difficult general affairs were, and they told me that they were uneasy about whether I could do it...
I asked if I could help when my hands were free, but they said it was fine, so I only do accounting work...
I thought it was because I was slow to remember.
When I have discussions at work, I always feel like I'm a little busy, so I was kind all day long, just for today. It's already hard... I've been working hard while studying for my qualifications, but it's getting harder to go tomorrow. But my life is at stake, so I can't quit right away.

How long does it take for an accountant to become a full-fledged person...
Should I have said once and for all that I'm going to do general affairs...?
I can go round and round in my head and I can burst into tears.
I'm sorry that the sentences are long and difficult to understand.
(EDIT) I'm quite far apart in age from everyone else, and I'm the only one in my twenties. I was talking about dispatch, and they were talking about wanting to take young women, which made it difficult because they didn't need me. I think they'll wait and see and then become a full-time employee.

Work is tough

Thank you for your work, Mr. Chicken. How are you feeling? Please take care of yourself.
Well, I'm not used to working as an accountant. It's been six months and I still can't remember my job. There is talk that the company should dispatch them. I don't think it's necessary to take the bad side. On the company side, once hired, it's not that easy to fire someone. Basically I don't think you need to quit your job without a good reason.
Do you hate or love this company? I think there are times when we don't get used to a lot of work and think negatively about it. I don't think it's easy to find someone you can talk to without people of the same generation. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises have few personnel, so there is a small number of elite people.
If you don't mind, why don't you get a little creative with your work? It may be troublesome for a while, but even if something you don't understand is trivial, I listen to it until someone catches an employee and understands it. If someone says something, why don't you say, “If I don't understand this, I won't be able to proceed with my work”?
Let's work for ourselves first, not for people, let's create an environment where it's easy for us to work ourselves.
It's a bit far-fetched when I say this, but let's show the purity unique to young people in their 20s. I understand as I get older, but what I regret the most is why I didn't take on the challenge at that time, and why I didn't act until I understood that time, and I always regret this.
If you put it in your head and regret not doing it, do it and regret it.
Once again, once again, companies can't fire someone they've hired so easily.
I think the response of listening to things you don't understand until you understand them will be useful in other departments. That's all for me.

First, let's remember the work in front of us

I read it.
While you don't join the company and remember your job as an accountant, you're feeling very uneasy. You're really worried that you're incompetent, aren't you? I don't know the details about you or your relationship at the company, but your concerns are being conveyed. I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
Since you haven't joined the company, it's probably still half a year, so I think you're in the process of learning about your job. So I'm probably still in the middle of remembering my accounting job. I think there are some differences from person to person, but after all, I think it will take about 3 years for you to be able to remember the job well, and even more so since you are inexperienced, I think it will still take about that.
So don't be demeaning or demeaning if you can't take care of yourself.
First, let's prioritize being able to do the work we've been given to us.
Wouldn't it be better to talk about general affairs jobs later?
I think it's difficult when it comes to accounting jobs, general affairs jobs, and having to remember all of this. If you don't do well, both of them will be half-hearted, and there is a risk that both you and the company itself will be confused.
First, let's remember the accounting job well and face the job with confidence.
And once you get used to it, let's learn about other jobs little by little.
I sincerely pray that you will first remember your accounting job well and work with confidence, that you will be able to improve your skills and live every day to the fullest while gaining various experiences from now on, and that you will be able to meet and deepen relationships with many people and be able to trust them.
And I wholeheartedly support you.

Pain when you feel “I don't need you”

What you are feeling right now is “pain as if your existence has been downplayed”, isn't it?
They can't be included in the handover story.
It should have been said that “it is impossible for young children,” but the story “dispatch young women” comes up.
Amidst that contradiction, it is natural for your mind to “go round and round.”

But don't forget it.
The “value of existence” is not determined by someone's convenience or small talk.
You have endured the past six months while working hard at work even though you are inexperienced and studying for your qualifications. That in itself is a “precious proof” that no one can take away.

The pain of “not being recognized even if you try hard”
Buddhism teaches that there are “things that don't go the way you want” in the world.
It's not because you're bad, but because this world itself has “properties (impermanence) that don't turn out the way you want.”

Therefore, please don't blame only yourself, such as “it's no good because I'm late” or “because I couldn't confidently say that I would do general affairs.”
It's not your fault.

What should I do when my heart is about to break
I don't cry because I'm weak.
That's because I've been taking my work seriously and straight to the point.

What you need right now isn't a sense of responsibility or a witty response.
The first thing to do is protect your heart.

・You don't have to force yourself to talk about general affairs.
・You don't have to decide “nothing has been done.”
・Even if you think “I want to quit someday,” don't blame them.

What is important now is “don't deny yourself, who is still working hard today.”

Until the accountant becomes a full person
Generally, it is said that it takes 1 to 3 years to be called a full person as an accountant.
It's natural not to be perfect in six months.
Rather, it is very admirable that you are doing your best even though you have anxiety right now.

One last thing I want to tell you
Your suffering right now is definitely not in vain when viewed from the “Buddha's gaze.”
This experience has nurtured your sensitivity, kindness, and patience.
Please don't decide “I'm lacking right now,” and think “I'm still in the middle.”

I would like to express my sincere respect to those of you who work hard every day and continue to learn despite your worries.

Please, please don't overdo it.

Don't give up and stick with it. My work is helping me. With a positive attitude

Thank you for your hard work every day. What the presidents were talking about... I wonder what their intentions are. It's just your imagination, so there's no need to take it negatively and raise anxiety. I've worked hard up to this point. There is no consultation with you, and it's hard to think about a transfer.

There is overtime and it seems difficult, so temporary staff may also be considering additional factors, but I don't think that means they will replace you. You probably won't be able to work as a temporary employee alone.

Don't be weak, don't give up, and keep up.
Please tell me, if you do your best, I hope you reach the president with a positive attitude.

Also, from now on, people who are younger than you will be hired, but that will also become a month and experience where you have gained experience. Be confident. You should be proud of your strength.
