Capacity is about to be over

Currently, I'm working as a full-time employee while changing jobs, and I'm struggling with balance.

Job change activities are carried out at the end of work or on days off.
However, it's really hard and tough.
・The job is a sales position, so there is a lot of work
・Job change activities also include “scrutinizing job resumes, taking aptitude tests, industry research, corporate research, organizing your own self-appeal” x dozens of companies

People around me tell me not to try too hard, but if I don't work hard, no one will make my career.

Can you tell me how to work even a little easier and what kind of attitude you have?
Thank you for your support.

Thank you, ER, for your consultation.

Be mindful of your own joy, and be grateful for that joy.
Everyone has “joy” deep in their hearts. “It makes me happy” unconditionally
It doesn't matter if it's “warmth of heart” or “kindness,” but when you touch warmth and kindness, your heart is happy.
The reason we are happy is that joy is inherent in it.

I feel like I'm carrying a lot of luggage in addition to working hard at work right now, but even in the midst of that, I think there is joy in my heart, and if I say words of gratitude every time something happens, I will begin to feel light about the luggage I'm carrying.
When I woke up in the morning, I was happy and grateful for the rising sun! It's good to think like this all the time.
Even before going to bed, I look back on today's events, and even if there are bad things, even if I'm busy, I think that experience will be food for me in some form, and I am happy and grateful that I was able to spend today.
This attitude will make tomorrow positive.
I think so.
Please refer to it.

The real problem is, there is a limit as it is. Once again, let's sort out the details of job hunting.

Well, I think it would be difficult to progress simultaneously.
I think I'm overdoing it now because I want to retire from my regular job and smoothly change jobs to the next.
As you might expect, it's not going very well, is it?

For example, if you don't increase the time you spend on job hunting while adjusting and reducing your current work somewhere, it will collapse until you change jobs.

You are dissatisfied with the current environment, which makes you want to change jobs, even if it's a regular job. If that's the case, if you don't expand your capacity while giving up your current job, your simultaneous progress will be limited.

Halfway through, if you can't reduce your workload, you probably have no choice but to quit once and then go job hunting. If you can make it through with all your might, I think it's better than overdoing it to balance it and destroying yourself. The real problem is that the limit will be reached as it is.
Why don't you sort out what you're working on in job hunting once again?

Restructure your mindset and refine your job hunting plan

Thank you, Mr. ER, for your consultation.
It is said that you are currently working as a full-time employee and are working to change jobs, thank you for your hard work.

There are times when it's really hard and painful...
The fact that you have been consulted here
I think your body and mind are sending out SOS.
However, if you have made it this far in order to gain mental relief, I'm guessing that you are a very sensible and smart person.
Job hunting on the sidelines of a sales position.
Other than everyday work, sales positions must prepare various things, such as understanding business partners, capturing them, etc.

In parallel with job change activities,
That area has also become too weak, and it seems like it will have an impact on my current job description.
In the 30s, impatience becomes a parallel activity. I also painfully understand that feeling.
I also understand that no one is creating a career for me.
But similarly, no one knows their own heart, and there probably isn't anyone who only cares for themselves. Everyone is the same.
If that's the case, if you don't take care of yourself, nobody will take care of you...
Maybe if you get a little older, it may become more ingrained in your body.
Even if you just accept dozens of companies, you'll be heartbroken.

So, as a solution, how about not setting a due date for changing jobs, slowing down the pace slightly, reducing the number of receiving companies, etc., and first get rid of the feeling of confronting enemies in game matches?
I feel that the current plan is nothing but reckless.
Life is long, and it would be great if I could achieve half of my ideals.
It would be nice if all of my hard work came out as a result, but it's also a reality that this isn't the case.
I'm sure Mr. ER is also impatient from his experiences up until now.

It might be a good idea to take a little bird's-eye view of yourself.
However, I can clearly understand what I want to do while I'm motivated to do my best, so if I relax my gears a little and study while maintaining room even if I force myself, I think I'll be able to handle the exam content more deeply and thoroughly.

I recommend that you rebuild your mindset and refine your job hunting plan once again so that you can concentrate positively and without screaming.
