How to distract yourself from suffering in living hell

Nice to meet you.
I'm a single woman in my 30s.
I don't have any friends.
Workplace relationships aren't going well either.
I have repeated over and over in my life that even if I get a good impression on someone I'm involved with for a moment, they always end up being disliked at the end.
My mother is the only person in this world who can treat me without feeling any bad feelings towards me.

I make the people involved uncomfortable, I get hurt every time they dislike me, and I live every day like a living hell.
Was I born to be a test or, on the other hand, a teacher to help someone grow?
Are they being made to pay for some kind of crime?

I have no hopes or regrets for my future life,
I can't find any meaning in making others uncomfortable, blaming myself, and living in pain.

I'm afraid to cause trouble to my family, so I haven't even decided to end my life on my own.
There's nothing else I can do, so I have no choice but to live every day.
I posted it because I wanted to borrow wisdom to confuse even a little bit, even if this living hell can't be ended.

I would appreciate your answers.
Thank you for your support.

The past is gone and there is no more

The past has passed away and is no more.
The future is yet to come, and it's still not there.
Only the six roots of “here and now” (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body) are real lives.
The mind (thoughts and feelings) is impermanent (comes and disappears from moment to moment, and changes), a new mind every moment, and a new self every moment.
After understanding the above details with your head, how about doing a meditation called Vipassana Meditation or Mindfulness?
If you only look at life for 1 second “here and now,” of course there is some kind of suffering, dissatisfaction, and homework every second, but you may think that only 1 second of suffering is rarely hellish suffering.
It's a life where you die anyway, but I haven't died in this single second.
I've been disliked by others in my life, but this 1 second is just breathing regardless of anyone else.
If you can reset your thoughts and feelings like that and feel at peace, you can drag out anger and sadness in your daily life, feel relaxed and light, and relax as if housework and work are mixed with a whisper.
If that happens, there will be room in your mind (you can pause extra apps in your brain), your facial expressions and actions will calm down, and there is a possibility that even impressions from others will change.
For now, let's review that the one-second suffering of “here and now” is surprisingly not hell.

My own trisetsu

You should know yourself best, so write your own instruction manual exactly. When I have time to worry about hell and pain, I write a manual and finish the details.
“At a time like this? Maybe it's a breakdown? When I thought”
“Please contact the call center (at your parents' house)”
Please write carefully, and carefully so that the other person can understand it.
Then, it has double, triple, and infinite merits.
I can understand myself again.
Oh, my weak point is here, or this is my ability and strength.
This is the point where I get emotionally bogged down.
It can also be used for human and biological learning.
Also, even if you say someone who will accept you one day, that person isn't perfect, so it's a good idea to understand each other and write your own instruction manual properly in order to understand each other.
It can be a computer or paper, so
my personality,
my own habit,
weak place,
Bad places,
Things that were painful in the past,
Things I'm still uneasy about, things I'm reminded of on a regular basis,
Things I'm not good at
Let's list some of them.

Simply put, humans feel fear and anxiety about things they are uneasy about, or things they don't understand.
Do you know why there is Buddhism in this world?
One reason for this is that when humans were born into this world, they were born without knowing that they were born or what they were.
So, almost nobody does it, but it's important to have the ambition to reveal yourself.
Bo-san and his friends are doing zazen meditation, and practicing Buddhism; what are they doing?
This is to get a qualification. (lol)
No, there are actually people like that, but that's not really the case.
What exactly do the monks who are doing it right do?
This self is being practiced in an attempt to transcend logic and clarify it as an actual experience. That's why people who have done it properly will be able to understand people, themselves, and the human world.
Therefore, you will be able to teach people that they should do this and that. Anyone can feel at ease if they do it, even if they're not a kid.
The first thing to do is throw away the time spent worrying about ingenuity and effort to get to know yourself and work on it.
Buddhism is a way to reveal oneself.

It doesn't matter if people don't like you

There are like-minded people in the world and people who don't.
In your case, your mother is probably the one you feel most comfortable with.
It is said that you have repeated relationships over and over again where even if you have a good impression for a moment, they always end up being disliked at the end, but what did you think of that person yourself?
You don't have to force yourself to be friends with people you don't like.
A bland relationship is enough.
It is said that relationships in the workplace are not going well, but it seems that what is required of the workplace is exactly that kind of bland relationship.
It's just a short consultation, and I don't know much about you, but do you have an extreme fear of being disliked by others or a tendency to demand excessive things from your partner (please forgive me if I'm off).
You don't have to put up with it and be liked by others.
Respond to people who don't like you with the feeling that you don't care about them.
Instead, stop expecting too much from others.
Your lack of friends and lack of hope for your future life are completely different issues, but your way of thinking that depends on others may be having an effect.
Don't worry about what people around you think, and try what you want to do.
Let's live today differently from yesterday.
You don't need to blame yourself or torment yourself.
It all depends on how you feel about making this world heaven or hell.

Please talk to me little by little

I read it.
It's very painful for you to live without being able to get involved with people. I don't know the details about you, but I can tell you that you are really having a hard time and suffering. I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
Please tell us that you are suffering like that. Please slowly talk here about how you get involved with people and things aren't going well.
Relationships with people can change even in trivial matters. If you use too much care, you won't be able to communicate well, and if you have a sense that you're not good at it, you'll inevitably be willing to shy away, and I don't think you'll be able to build a deep relationship.
In any case, please try talking slowly as you think of your thoughts. For example, you can also talk to monks online here. You can also talk without showing your face, so why not feel nervous and feel free to talk about yourself if possible.
As we talk little by little, I think they will begin to speak casually.
Please try to talk about your painful feelings to the extent that they don't burden your feelings.
We look forward to welcoming you.
I sincerely pray that as you talk about your thoughts little by little, your feelings will be easier and you will be able to live peacefully every day, and that you can live a safe and healthy life while easily communicating with everyone. And I wholeheartedly support you.
