It will hurt loved ones
I have an important senior at work
I get along well with that person in private, but during work, they are careful with me with pretty harsh words, and they treat me harshly anyway.
It's a job that requires procedures, so it's natural to be strictly instructed, but I'm depressed because of the frustration of not being able to do well myself, and the feeling that I don't want to be disappointed by my seniors, and that I don't want to be thought of as an unusable person
The sadness of not being acknowledged by my seniors made me angry
I throw words unrelated to work at my seniors about things I can't look back on at work.
They say disgusting things or fluently say malicious words.
I'm not in a position to fight back, and even though they are scolding me, I return it with the exact opposite attitude.
I repeated it over and over again, apologized each time, and was forgiven over and over again.
And I was pretty spoiled by it.
At last, today, I was told that my personality was too bad and that I was rotten.
I was told that I would like to consider a private relationship from now on.
It's obvious
I don't want my seniors to hate me
But they take an attitude that is disliked
I don't think my seniors will forgive me anymore
I want to stop instantaneously rebelling and destroying relationships even though I regret it later
What should I do to prevent this from happening again from now on
