I have no hope for the future and I have shortness of breath

Nice to meet you. Thank you for taking the time to look through it.
Not long ago, I had no hope for the future, and I always felt shortness of breath, so I asked you if you could objectively think about how to grasp my situation and live my life.

I became a member of society this spring, and now 8 months have passed. My relationship with my parents was bad and I always wanted to leave my parents' house, so I saved money 4 months after getting a job, left home, and started living alone, and I think the stress of my family relationship has decreased quite a bit.
However, overtime increased a lot since about 1 month ago, and I have to work in a stressful environment where I work all day long from morning until late at night in a small room, and combined with my own personality that cares about my surroundings and tries not to be disliked, I have a feeling that all the suffering up until now overlapped and my heart was broken. My palpitations are always getting faster from waking up in the morning until I go to bed, and physical problems have begun to appear, such as shortness of breath, and not being able to settle statements at meetings with bosses I'm not good at.
I'm still in my first year and I don't have any savings, so I'm in a situation where I can't think of taking time off from work to make a living, and I think it's difficult to change jobs.

If I had been born to more kind and warm parents, I thought that a house where I could go back and rest by now, or that someone I could rely on to listen to my stories might have been around, and that I might not have had this much trouble in the first place, and I think that this sense of loneliness will surely not be buried in the future, and I think that I will have to keep doing my best alone at the last minute, and the suffering is increasing. It weighs heavily on my heart that I must continue to work and live a life where one day we will reach social and physical limitations and head towards death, at least for a while, or always, in the future, so I found this site and consulted with you.
How do I view this situation, and what kind of attitude should I take in my life? We would appreciate your feedback.

I'm sorry it's been so long. Thank you for your kind attention.

Thank you Nagisa for your consultation.

are you alright? Are you taking a good rest?
The way to get rid of stress is to just get away from that place and rest.
If I run like this, they probably say adjustment disorder, etc.
You'll end up taking a break from work.
Even if they say that, I don't want to be thought bad or bothered, so
You probably think you won't be able to leave that place, you won't be able to take a break.

It's fine to be yourself. You can have overtime reduced.
It's okay to have plenty of time to rest.
You are a humble person. It's not a company cog.
Don't be afraid, have the courage, and insist on yourself enough to take paid leave.
If your boss yells at you because of that, criticize it in a big way and have the courage to change jobs.
It's for myself. I'm going to have a good rest.

Both mind and body are running out of energy.
Isn't it okay to take a detour?
You are you. I am the protagonist of my life.
What if neither family nor company are mentally swayed
What kind of life do you want to live?
And if there were no restrictions, how would you like to live?
You can take a good rest in order to search for this answer.

This pinch can also be said to be an opportunity to take a fresh look at yourself.
In order to take advantage of the opportunity, take a good rest,
Let's store energy in our mind and body.
If you do that, there will surely come a time when you think you're living your own life.
Please refer to it.
If there are no restrictions, please do not hesitate to contact us if you want to dig deeper. Also, we can consult online about how to relieve loneliness, etc., so please consider it if you like. One bow

If you feel like you're at your limit

I don't know the details of your circumstances, so please forgive me for making various assumptions.
Is your place of work literally a black company?
Or are they being forced to work overtime due to temporary work overtime?
Did you choose your current job because you liked it, or was it just a way of thinking about it as a means of livelihood?
Do you find your time at work rewarding, or is it a painful time?
If your current busyness and pain are temporary, I would advise, “Why don't you try a little harder until you get out of the tunnel?”
If the tunnel continues all the way and you don't seem to be able to get out, the story changes.
What you need more than anything else is someone close to you to talk to.
I think it's difficult to live a life alone because you've just become a member of society, but there are many women in the world who work hard under the same conditions (although it may be a harsh way of saying it), so I can't use it as an excuse.
Rather than that, the problem for you is that you probably don't have co-workers at work who complain about work, or seniors or bosses you can discuss work concerns with.
If you feel like your current life is limited, why not ask for help by honestly confiding everything to your boss or other people in the company you work with.
Even for the company, if you take a day off or retire, it will be a big loss, so you won't be treated as disrespectful.
If you can't do that, I recommend taking the plunge and considering changing jobs.
You said it's difficult, but if you think about your future life, continuing your current job and destroying your mind and body will have a huge disadvantage.
Let's stop here and think about rearranging our lives.
It seems that this is your first time consulting with hasuniha, so please feel free to contact us in the future.
I'm rooting for you.

Anger leads to stress

If you repeat delusional thoughts about the past, future, yourself, and others, and increase the number and duration of anger, sadness, and anxiety, stress will also increase and your mental and physical rest time will decrease.
Even when lying down at home, if you repeat delusional thoughts in your head about dissatisfaction with your boss, etc., it becomes a stressful time.
If you let your brain loop through the fact that your boss scolds you until you haven't been scolded by your boss while you're at work, it's still a stressful time.
First, it's a good problem to forget about your parents' house and parents.
I can understand the feeling of thinking about work in connection with separate episodes of my parents' house, but increasing my delusional distractions in this way increases the time of anger in the heart, and exhausts the brain and nerves.
As a trick to stop delusional distractions, for example, do meditation,
It is effective to call (say) Namu Amida Buddha and Nembutsu.
Namu Amidabu Namu Amidabu
It is written in the sutras that if you call it nembutsu, you can pass away in the Pure Land of Paradise, in other words, the happy ending of your life is determined by the Nembutsu of Namu Amida Buddha.
If that's the case,
“Even if your boss scolds you, you can pass away if you do nembutsu.
Namu Ami Dabu Namu Ami Dabu”
I quickly put an end to my delusional thoughts about my boss, and I returned my heart to Nembutsu.
Our ability to concentrate doesn't last forever, so whether we're working, nembutsu, or meditating, our consciousness is immediately swept away by waves of unnecessary delusional distractions.
However, there
Namu Amidabu Namu Amidabu
Switch the nembutsu to quickly stop the delusional distractions.
By not prolonging anger in this way, you can make room in your brain capacity.
So, try to quickly interrupt your past, future, and delusional thoughts about yourself and others.
In that case, the central object of consciousness is physical work, isn't it?
Whether it's work or housework, physical work is all simple work that can be mixed with humming if you look at it in units of 1 second.
If you move your hands and feet to dance while thinking about your favorite song, work and housework will be over quickly.
If you live like that, this world will also be a carefree paradise.
