How to live after losing my mother
Thank you for this opportunity to consult with us.
I am now 22 years old, and my mother died by suicide.
Even now, I don't understand why, and I'm in a strong sense of loss and confusion.
Even if you know in your head that “you have no choice but to live,”
No matter what kind of happiness you get in the future,
I feel like this deep scar will continue to remain in one corner of my life,
When I reached the end of my life, I said “it was a truly happy life”
I have a feeling that the day I think won't come.
I loved my mother so much.
I wanted to affirm that my mother's life wasn't wrong,
Until now, I've been desperately working hard on my studies and job hunting.
But now,
I don't know why my mother chose death,
Why do I have to live with this scar on my back
It's painful not being able to find an answer.
There is one more question I just can't take my mind off.
If you have reached the end of your life and there is such a thing as heaven or an afterlife,
Will I ever see my mom again?
The feeling of wishing for a reunion
How do you accept it in Buddhism?
In the teachings of Buddhism,
this kind of loss or question,
And “a life living with wounds,”
How should we face it as something meaningful,
I would be grateful if you could tell me how to think.
I think there are parts where I can't sort out my emotions and I can't put them into words well,
I wrote about my honest feelings right now.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
Thank you for your support.
