When I'm alone, I'm lonely, isolated, and lonely

When I'm alone, I'm filled with feelings of loneliness, isolation, and loneliness. I have a self that doesn't enjoy anything. It's hardest when I'm home alone. What should I do?

You're never alone, even when it seems like you're isolated

Thank you very much for your consultation.
I deeply take the loneliness of spending time alone and the painful feeling that makes my heart feel tightened by the sense of isolation. Please don't blame yourself for not being able to enjoy anything. I think that suffering is a cry from your heart that you can only feel because you have worked so hard until now.

In Buddhist teachings, there is the term “single life and single death (single death).” The truth is that we are all born alone and die alone. Loneliness is the root form of a human being that everyone has, and you are not the only one who is inferior.

However, at the same time, Buddhism also explains that there is a “great work of mercy” that never abandons us when we are so lonely. Even if you can't see it with your eyes, there is always a warm light (Buddha) with you that is close to your loneliness and envelops your loneliness.

There's no need to force yourself to have fun right now. Just quietly say, “You're lonely right now,” and acknowledge your own heart as it is. Even if it seems isolated, you're never alone. Amidst the great connection between lives, they are always being watched over.
I hope that even a little peace of mind will come to your heart.

Learn Buddhism and connect with society

First of all, learning Buddhism is the greatest joy in life, so if you read books about Buddhism and try meditating, etc., I think it will be a fulfilling time alone.
Also, it is important to have connections with society.
Originally, you are at an age where you are required to contribute to the community through neighborhood associations, volunteering, etc., but if the local community is unaware of your existence (there are no acquaintances in the community), you will not hear a voice.
Therefore, I think it is better for you to act in a way that is connected to society.
It's also a good idea to participate in events hosted by local governments (government offices).
In any case, Buddhism says that everyone suffers, and they explain that suffering and dissatisfaction will not go away as long as one lives.
Lonely people have the pain of being lonely, but on the other hand, busy people who don't have much time to be alone also suffer from being busy.
When you inhale, the pain of “wanting to breathe out” occurs, and when you exhale, the pain of “wanting to inhale” occurs.
The suffering will not go away.
However, it's just that the shape of suffering and the form of dealing with suffering (homework) change moment by moment.
When you're no longer alone, on the contrary, there are times when you miss loneliness, but after understanding that life is like that, why don't you try increasing your connection with society once?

Let's go out

I read it.
I read that you are alone right now and feel so alone. I don't know the details about you, but I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
I can really understand how lonely and lonely you feel. You feel so lonely when you're alone, don't you think? I think it's very natural for you to feel that way.

If you feel that way, why don't you expand your range of action little by little.

If you love traveling, why not go on a trip. Also, let's talk and interact with various people in various places.

Why don't you go out to various regions and get in touch with people's lives. You can visit a snowy country and see a snowy world all over, or you can visit a tropical country and enjoy the beautiful warm emerald green ocean. Let's go abroad and see how people live in other countries. Alternatively, I think it's a good idea to visit vast deserts, plateaus, and jungles, touch vast nature, and peek into the world of various creatures.

Alternatively, why not visit the foothills of the Himalayas to see the region where Buddha was born, or visit the place where the Buddha held his remembrance.

More than a few of you will be shocked when you see all kinds of things and people. And I think you'll feel an unprecedented feeling when you realize that you exist in that place yourself. You may feel like you are surrounded by something very big, being watched over by something far away, or unimaginable feelings that you have never felt before spring up.

I sincerely pray to the Buddha, gods, and ancestors that you will be blessed with many wonderful encounters and relationships in the future and that you will be able to live a fulfilling everyday life.
And I wholeheartedly support you. We wholeheartedly agree
