How to strengthen your mind
I want to cure the stress that immediately shows up in my physical condition.
I haven't been very mentally strong since ancient times, and when I feel stressed, it's painful for physical disorders, mainly gastrointestinal, to occur.
I'm working at my new workplace starting next month, and even though I haven't even started yet, I'm thinking a lot about what to do if I go wrong at work.
Also, I'm thinking of taking 1 year to get a qualification at a university with a correspondence system (I've applied), but since I'm not a very smart person, I'm full of anxiety about whether I can get the qualification now. I know in my head that I have no choice but to do that.
My lessons when I was a student were piano and school, and I was only active in a brass band for 3 years when I was in junior high school, so I regret that I should have experienced club activities and lessons where I could train my mind even more.
I'm turning 25 this year, and my career isn't stable, I don't have a lover, and I feel sorry for my mentally unstable self.
I want to be a person like a big tree who is unwavering no matter what happens, but what should I start with in order to get even a little closer to that kind of person?
