Nothing is going well

Nothing has been going well for the past year or two.
I'm heartbroken, my relationships break because things don't go well with my friends, and I'm being transferred against my will at work, so honestly, I'm mentally overwhelmed.
Probably because of that, I don't know, but I often sleep all the time on holidays, and when I have to go outside outside of work, I feel very bothered, and I have feelings of fear or eyesight towards others outside.
If it's like that, you'll go to the hospital, and you may think that you should move on your own to resolve it, but it doesn't matter a lot anymore, and it makes you think that it won't change even if you do that anyway.
I don't feel like it's going to improve in the future at all.
Will I stay like this for the rest of my life?

Life is when everything is broken

It's natural for everything to keep breaking and changing.
Therefore, it is the fate of living things to continue to maintain their lives each time and to continue dealing with suffering.
As for personnel changes, if you return to the fresh feeling you had when you were a new employee, you may have thought, “I'll do my best no matter what department I'm assigned to.”
We just settled in our current department, and our hearts became heavy and the changes became troublesome.
However, it is an affliction of laziness.
Worry causes worry, suffering, and stress.
Conversely, if you are lightweight and continue to respond to changes lightly and flexibly, your worries, suffering, and stress will decrease.
To that end, it is useful to be prepared (assume) that “it is normal to change” and “life is something that continues to break down and must continue to be maintained.”
When I was in elementary school, I studied something new every hour, and I tried new homework every day.
All you have to do is keep doing it even when you become an adult.
It doesn't matter if there's a problem you can't do.
Just remembering that it's normal to have homework every day makes my life pretty peaceful.

Please don't try to force yourself now and concentrate on resting your mind and body.

The painful things overlapped in quick succession, and I understand that you are deeply tired both mentally and physically. Nothing is going well, and it's not unreasonable to feel hopeless that “it will stay like this for the rest of your life.”

First, please acknowledge the SOS that your mind and body are emitting as they are. The reason I keep sleeping on my days off, and the reason others find it an eyesore is because my heart is giving a sign that “now is the time to rest.” Please don't blame yourself and don't force yourself to try to resolve it now. When your energy is so depleted that you feel that “many things don't matter,” borrowing the help of experts such as psychosomatic medicine is a great choice to protect your precious life.

In Buddhism, there is a teaching called “impermanent behavior.” It means that everything in this world is constantly changing. People, your environment, and even your deep suffering right now will never stay the same. Therefore, there is absolutely no such thing as “staying like this for the rest of your life.”

There are times in life where we endure things just like winter. Don't try to force yourself right now, just concentrate on resting your mind and body. Just like waiting for spring under the snow, there will always come a time when your circumstances will change again. Please don't be impatient and take a good rest now.

May you receive many blessings

I read it.
You've been very worried over the past 1-2 years because nothing at work or in your private life has gone well. I don't know the details about you or the people around you, but it tells me that you are very worried and having a hard time. I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
I can tell you that you are having a very difficult time right now. I think your heart is also very cornered because you think nothing is going well.
First of all, please take good care of your own mind and body. If everything doesn't go the way you want, you'll be exhausted both mentally and physically, and you won't be able to do anything, or even think.
Please take good care of yourself and heal yourself. Please take a leisurely bath, relax, and enjoy fresh and delicious food that is gentle on your body. And take a good night's sleep.
Then try to change your mind little by little. You can try praying at a shrine or temple, and I think it's also a good idea to create an opportunity to experience nature. It's getting warmer from now on, so I think it's okay to try cherry blossom viewing various flowers. Then, let's change your mood little by little by eating delicious sweets and slowly drinking fragrant herbal tea.
I think the warm spring sun was gently pouring down on you today too.
You are living well now, so please feel confident.
I sincerely pray that you will continue to receive many blessings and be blessed with many wonderful encounters and relationships, and that you will be able to live a fulfilling life without being refreshed both mentally and physically.
And I wholeheartedly support you. We wholeheartedly agree

By relaxing yourself, you can recharge your energy to overcome.

When things aren't going well, be careful about your current lifestyle rather than trying to force yourself to move. Even when you're tired of being influenced by those around you, you can recharge your energy to overcome it by taking care of yourself and resting.

I don't even feel like things are going to improve right now, do I? Maybe it's a bit of a depressive symptom. It's a sign that you should take care of yourself, so please prioritize your own time and touch something that is comfortable for you. So that you can heal yourself while eating something warm and being in touch with the beautiful scenery and air.

Praise yourself for working so hard while muttering with Hasunoha.
There will always be a turning point.
