How to move in fear

I'm currently studying CG to get into games at a vocational school.

I can't beat my fear right now.

I'm afraid of job hunting.

Aiming for this type of job is simply a narrow gate, and it seems that it is an employment ice age due to recent improvements in technology and the situation.
I'm so uneasy.
Even if I'm comforted that it's okay, or even if I see a wonderful work and really want to live in this world, I don't have confidence in myself, and I stop working out of fear.

I know it won't start if you don't move.

“What if I can't get a job anywhere?” “What if I can't return the favor to my parents and teachers who supported me?”
Thinking about it makes me scared.

What should I do, and how should I think about it, so that we can overcome fear and act?
I think there were some parts that were difficult to convey, but I would appreciate it if you could teach me.

Throw away future calculations and move your hands now

While aiming for a world full of romance called the game industry, I see that the system is frozen due to fear of the future. I painfully understand “anxiety about getting a job or returning the favor,” but it is not a comfort, and I suggest the optimal solution for restarting the system from a physical/Buddhism/technical approach.
[① Doubt the hardware voltage drop] Fear is not a weakness of mind, but a “voltage drop” due to lack of brain nutrition. It's the same as CG software dropping due to a lack of power to the PC. Take protein and iron before thinking, and let's secrete serotonin by walking in the morning sun (walking zen). The first step is to “actually measure” sleep and heart rate with a smartwatch, etc., and remove physical errors first.
[② Stop calculating future variables] Anxiety about “not being able to get a job” is an “obsession” with a future that doesn't exist. Having the brain's CPU memory eaten up by computation of uncertain variables is extremely inefficient. What is important in Buddhism is “here and now.” What you can control is not tomorrow's job hunting, just “1 polygon” right in front of you. Please dedicate all your resources to the work of the moment.
[③ Has a standalone perspective] Don't be afraid of the evolution of AI, and conversely, if you incorporate it into your own system, it will create overwhelming efficiency improvements. If you stick to the old way of working, you'll burn out. If you don't get a job, it's not game over. If you have reliable technology and unique aesthetics, it is quite possible to live an “autonomous” way of life that does not depend on the “external power source” called a company.
[④ “People who do what I wish I could do” are the coolest] Confidence to win against fear is unnecessary. If you know you should move, don't worry and “do it.” If you physically move your hands, work excitement will occur, and the system will be driven later. The real return of the favor is not about joining a famous company; it is when you can laugh at the end of your life, saying, “It was great to live.” This is the “solution of life and death” in Buddhism.
Take a deep breath, correct your posture (this is your zazen), and sit in front of your PC. The world is waiting for the best virtual space you can create. We clap hands.

Thank you for your question.
Having goals is a good thing. If you have goals, you can work hard every day towards them. However, I think it would be a waste to be so obsessed with that goal that you can't enjoy your daily hard work. I don't know if I can get a job at the company I want, but if I'm working now, it's important to enjoy the work itself. You can't get the job you want, and even if you get a job in another field, if you like that work, you should continue as a hobby or side job. Please believe in your potential if you can live without being able to get a job at the company you want. Please think like that and enjoy what you need to do now with plenty of time to relax.
Just as games have multiple endings, your life path is not just one, but countless. That's because arriving at a good ending is the best way to return the favor to parents and teachers.

Accepting reality and thinking about how to tackle it

A job in any field won't turn into a job just because you like it. That's reality.
If you're aiming for a job creating games, you have no choice but to keep learning to improve your skills.
Even people who have jobs are probably learning and honing their skills in order to constantly update.

There may also be anxiety about what will happen in the future, but if we are aiming for it, let's firmly accept reality and think about what we should prepare for in the future and how we should work on it. I go to a vocational school for that, and they also have a team of instructors. Let's have a thorough discussion and set a course.

I read it.
You're really afraid of what to do if you don't get a job. I don't know the details about you, but I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
If you imagine it, you'll feel that kind of anxiety and fear. It's just your imagination. So don't worry too much because you don't know what's ahead. The first thing to do is to work hard on what you need to do one by one.
If you want to go down that path yourself, try it first. Let's make it solid. Also, let's start job hunting little by little.
There isn't an immediate answer. Don't be in a hurry or be afraid to do what you can, one by one.
I wholeheartedly support you. We wholeheartedly agree
