The doctor who made a medical mistake doesn't apologize and saves his life
I learned that the attending physician at the hospital I went to from 2010 to 2022 made a medical mistake.
I asked a lawyer to conduct an investigation with the money I had been desperately saving during my illness. The results said, “It is certain that the doctor made a mistake and is inappropriate. However, it is not content that can be determined to be “illegal” in the context of the law.”
Due to medical mistakes, I lost my career and many things, and left sequelae. (There is a very high possibility that sequelae remained due to the doctor, but if the causal relationship was 100%, it could not be proven, and no lawsuit was possible)
When I asked the doctor for an explanation, he said, “I'm not apologizing, I'm not paying any money. We don't have any money anymore. We don't make that much money right now, right?” I laughed.
My doctor was protected by law, and I lost my life.
Why aren't doctors punished, and doctors don't lose anything?
I wouldn't have the life I would have lived without medical mistakes; what I lost due to medical mistakes won't come back to me.
It's painful to live.
What should be done for those who have to live with damage without punishment or atoning for the perpetrators?
