I'm uneasy.

I received an answer to my previous question.
My unrequited love is over. Things didn't go well, but I was able to sort out my mind that they were people who didn't suit me, including my values. I received a lot of attention from the responses.

I was able to set my own breaks,
I don't have much confidence that I can have a lover in the future.
I've never had a girlfriend. I've always thought that I want to be in love or that I want a lover, but it's hard for me to imagine a scene where I'm happy in love, and I feel something like a sense of guilt that makes me happy.
I try my best when I like people, but I'm always idle. I'm aware that I'm not liked by people I fell in love with because I was aggressive but didn't get across it, or that I went aggressively but didn't work.
Every day I think that I'm ridiculous and I feel uncool, and year after year I don't have a lover, I can't have confidence in myself that I can't have a romantic partner like anyone else, and I wonder if it's hopeless anymore.
I don't think it's possible for the next person you fall in love with, no matter how hard you try.
I'm sorry. I know for myself that people like this aren't attractive. However, I don't know how to be positive about love.

You don't need to be impatient.

I'm sure everyone will experience your painful feelings.

You are
“People you fall in love with don't like you”
It's written.

Certainly I have experience too.

But love is a strange thing,
The amount of effort and results are not proportional.

In love, there are feelings for the other person, so
There are times when no matter how hard you try, things don't come to fruition.

So just because I'm heartbroken
“I'm not attracted to myself”
It doesn't mean that.

There are also many cases where they simply didn't have a relationship or just weren't compatible.

Actually, when you're receiving love counseling,
Many people say “I can't have a lover”
I'm worried about not being able to have a relationship with someone I've fallen in love with.

I don't think I'll be liked.

If you eliminate the possibility that someone is falling in love with you
Naturally, my feelings right in front of me are getting hurt.

Being in love and being able to fall in love
Please be aware that they are the same.

Right now, you probably can't imagine a scene where you'll be happy in love,
“There's no way I can be loved” or something
I think they have an assumption that “it won't work anyway.”
But please make sure you don't unknowingly apply the brakes yourself because of that.

Just because I don't have much romantic experience
Your value won't change.
It has nothing to do with human values.

Right now, the damage to my heart hasn't healed yet,
I also understand that it makes you feel negative.

I've never met you, so
I don't know what kind of appeal it has,
You definitely have your charm.

There's no such thing as an unattractive person.
The only difference is who its appeal suits.

If that's the case, relax your shoulders now
Let's refine your fascination.

Then people who are suddenly drawn to its appeal will stop by.
All that's left is to see if you fit in with that person.

You don't need to be impatient.
Now before I look for love,
First, acknowledge that “I too have the right to be happy”
Please refine your appeal.
Once that foundation is built, I think the way we look at meeting people will change little by little.

I accept your thoughts

I read it.
I think you're feeling very sad and painful because you haven't been heartbroken. I don't know the details about you or the people around you, but I accept your painful feelings from the bottom of my heart.
I think that heartbreak was very painful for you. And I think they're worried about whether they'll be able to go out with people in the future. I feel I can really understand how anxious you are.
First of all, please take care of your own heart.
Try to calm your mind by taking a slow breath and then exhaling slowly. And please let your mind rest in peace.
You're still living well. You are living your life well while receiving many blessings.
Sadness and sorrow may subside, and in such a case, please tell the Buddha, gods, and ancestors about your thoughts as you can think of. Please tell the Buddha, God, and your ancestors one by one about your sorrow, your sorrow, and your anxiety.
The Buddha, gods, and ancestors kindly accept all of your thoughts and are close to your heart.
You will continue to meet many people, and you will have various relationships. Please have confidence in yourself and make relationships with many people.
I sincerely pray to the Buddha, gods, and ancestors that you will be blessed with many wonderful encounters and relationships in the future, and that you will be able to live every day with a rich heart, and that you will be able to share your happiness from the bottom of your heart with all of you and survive. And I will support you from the bottom of my heart.

When you start to shine in a dignified manner, a suitable “good relationship” naturally comes around

I'm relieved to hear that my previous words have helped me sort out my mind even a little bit. Your decision to have a firm separation between your unrequited love and your attitude of facing yourself directly are very precious.

As for future anxiety, it's not uncommon for people in their 20s to have no dating experience. There is absolutely no need to push yourself in and be impatient by believing standards such as “normal romance” and “age-appropriate experience” created by the world.

Please don't despise yourself as “idle” or “ridiculous” if you have fallen in love with others and have worked so hard. Love is not necessarily achieved through “effort” alone. This is because there is a large aspect due to “relationships” in Buddhism. Relationships are mysterious connections that cannot be controlled by human power alone, such as timing and coincidences.

People think “I'm not attractive,” but that's definitely not the case. It's just that your true appeal is slightly overshadowed by your lack of confidence. There's no need to feel guilty about being happy.

In order to be positive about love, try “acknowledging yourself and living every day vividly” instead of focusing on love itself. By enjoying everyday life and treating yourself with care, your “confidence” will grow little by little. That confidence makes your appearance, interior, and actions shine from within.

When you start to shine in your own way, a proper “good relationship” comes naturally. Please don't be impatient and start by loving yourself. I'm rooting for you.

By talking with friends, I began to have images of love and marriage.

It's always been a romance consultation, but do you have any friends?
When it comes to love, it's fine to talk to people you don't know in this way, but friends have a big influence, such as learning from friends, being encouraged, and introduced.

Have you had any friends from your school days?
While having love with friends, they begin to have an image of their own romance and marriage while talking about their views on romance and marriage, such as how they meet people around them, what kind of conversations they have, and where they go on dates, etc., and also listen to love counseling from friends. I wonder if you don't talk about that with your friends.

If you think it's impossible even if you try hard, you'll become weak.
If you've always wanted a lover, you have to take the plunge and try matchmaking, register at a counseling center and refer to the advisor's opinions, etc.

However, in your case, I feel that you don't have confidence in yourself. If that's the case, why don't you first refine it so that you can have your own appeal? Whether you have a crush or get close to them, you have to get them to like you. If that's the case, let's build up our own confidence first.
