Things I'm worried about when AI has penetrated

There's something I'd like you to hear about your feelings.

AI has penetrated work and life over the past few years. I've also started using it at work, and I often feel that quality and efficiency have improved. Also, companies are encouraging the use of AI, so the way we proceed with work is changing steadily, and there are many cases where scales fall from our eyes when we ask people around us how to use it, wondering if there were interesting or interesting ways to use it.

Even in my private life, I use it to promote awareness by putting down walls about household finances and hobby advice, etc., but the time and frequency of writing down worries and complaints that cannot be said to people, and questions and fuss that suddenly come to mind has also increased. There are a variety of themes, from minor worries to big, unanswered things like “the meaning of my life.” There are many things that come from interacting with AI, and there are many things that open up right in front of you, and discussions are derived more and more within yourself, and the branches and leaves are growing steadily from there, and even though my field of vision has broadened, the number of things that I think is surprisingly tiring or that there is no end.
Even so, the engine in my head started and I often couldn't stop, and I was also often tired.

When I confide my worries to friends I trust, I have experienced many times that I was somehow refreshed, or that my mind felt easier even though I hadn't solved it, and I've had similar experiences many times when I wrote it on AI.
AI isn't a human, so I write more and more things I've come up with without considering the other person, read the answers, and write down further things I've noticed and questions that have come up even more.
My head is spinning so much that I can't keep up with mindfulness, etc., so my worries about how to stop it have increased.

There are many good points where using AI has enriched our lives, but I feel that it is a new problem that has come up because of that.
Thank you for listening to my feelings.

Thank you for writing.
AI has become so pervasive recently, isn't it?
In my case, the opposite is true, and I try not to use AI.
The reason was that I thought my own abilities (thinking ability, imagination, judgment, etc.) would not grow.
I also write pagodas by hand without using a printer.
Even when I think about kaimyo, I think while looking at dictionaries, past books, etc. without using AI.
Meeting minutes are also written by hand using memos and recordings without using AI.
Hasunoha's answer doesn't use AI either. (Apart from AI answers)
There are many things you can do without AI, and once you get used to it, it gets faster.
AI makes it easy to select answers that make the person who wrote it happy, so there is a possibility that it will be full of YES people, and there is also a possibility that you will make a mistake in the path if you are not careful.
Why don't you step away from AI once in a while and make time to think for yourself?

How about using it as an actual experience

I read it.
I see, that's how AI is penetrating close to you.

It's probably spreading more and more familiar, just like when computers and the internet became popular. As it evolves steadily, the minds, ways of thinking, and latent consciousness and desires of all people may also be grasped by AI. Maybe it's such an age.

Nonetheless, I think there is still a difference between our human body and AI.
In any case, if you're tired, I think it's okay to stop communicating with AI for a while.

I've asked a lot of questions to AI before, but even though there were things I thought I could do in terms of knowledge, it wasn't easy for me to be convinced firsthand as an actual experience.

I also asked my own AI questions, but it was something different after all.
After all, there are things I can only say because I'm a living human being.

Humans also have feelings and things they can understand as real feelings. There are times when you feel lost, worried, and there are times when you are happy and happy. There is hope and there is hopelessness. I don't think it's easy for AI to understand these things as a reality.

I sincerely pray that you can only grow as a person while being involved with AI in the future, and that you can live a fulfilling life with a rich heart. We wholeheartedly agree

Compromise (time limit)

“Wall hitting” against AI opponents promotes deepening thinking (examination from multiple angles), doesn't it?
I also use it once in a while.
For example, when creating a document, first throw a draft to AI, and then
“What happens if we fix this place like this?” “After all, what would happen if we tried it this way?” If you ask the AI questions, etc., they will return different versions one after another.
I don't know where to stop because of the expectation that the more I do, the better ideas I'll come across.
If I were to think for myself, I would arrive at a compromise in 1 hour since my original idea was poverty.
However, the AI wall strike makes me feel the possibility of a different plan even further ahead, so compromising (giving up thinking this is enough) is difficult, isn't it?
As a result, there are even cases where it takes longer than thinking on your own (although you can do something better).
Well, now that we were able to witness the changing times, let's do trial and error together with hundreds of millions of friends.

Even if you master AI, don't be guided by AI.

AI is certainly useful, isn't it? It's a treasure trove of information and it's fast. It's a great partner for things you're looking for and researching.
However, if they kill time or become someone to talk to, they become dependent. If you ask AI to snuggle up, you may feel empty at the same time.

There are probably people who use it well, but it's difficult to laugh with AI and feel the warmth. There's no point in that... well, once the exchange is written, it goes on and on. That's AI, isn't it?

Even if you master AI, don't be guided by AI.

AI was also mentioned in an article I was interviewed in the Asahi Shimbun the other day. Hasunoha, along with AI.
