Isn't it impossible to have a new relationship due to trauma
I had a boyfriend I was in a relationship with.
I met him on a matching app, and he confessed that it was because he had a very type of face.
However, when I met him one day when I was tired and lacked sleep, they complained that my skin was rough or that my face was different from the app.
I was forced to do sexual activity because I didn't care when I was menstruating, and when it hurt, I was thrown out saying that I should just practice or put up with it, or something that didn't feel good at all.
Soon after that, they were unilaterally told that they didn't feel comfortable in the first place and that they had forced themselves to get along.
Then I was shocked and couldn't do anything for a while, but I restarted the app and this time I chose a kind and humble person with a completely different personality from my ex-boyfriend. They seemed to respect each other's work and hobbies, so we decided to meet up next time.
But the trauma from the past comes back to life, and I feel so frightened and hopeless that this person will also be disillusioned by saying that their face is different from the app or that the tempo doesn't match.
What on earth should I do?
