I'm in a hurry to look for a job and regret it.

I quit my previous job and received the IT company of my first choice to learn from scratch, but the results were disappointing. After that, I found a job thinking about which path I should go, and I had to work for the time being, but I got sick and retired due to nothing but negative things like why I had to take this place. There are times when I was in a hurry to search for it, but I feel that my weakness is irresponsible and I feel desperate, and I don't have confidence in who I am now.

Rii-sama.

If you can, why don't you take a break from looking for a job now?
If it causes inconvenience in eating and living, there is no way to do it,
I went to Hello Work, first go through unemployment procedures, etc., and I think it would be okay to take a break before looking for a job.

I know that “ambition” will be important.

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is a humble answer to the question.

I think it's really rare to be able to meet your ideal occupation or vocation right away.

It is impossible to figure out what kind of occupation and life work Rii would truly be ideal for, but I know that “ambition” is the most important thing in everything. I believe that this “ambition” will lead to a rewarding career and a fulfilling life.

Of course, there may be more than a few difficult things in terms of salary and treatment, benefits, workplace relationships, etc., but above all else, I think that whether or not the job suits one's aspirations will be a major key to overcoming various difficulties in the future.

From a negative way of thinking, there will never be a positive result; it will only be a negative thing. In Buddhism, emphasis is placed on cause and effect in fortune. If you want positive results, I recommend that you think as positively as possible about everything from now on.

However, as Mr. Shamen Mitsumi said, I have had a little grace period here, and once again, I am refreshed both mentally and physically while thinking calmly about what kind of work I can work for, what kind of work I can do by making use of my skills and good points, and what kind of future predictions should I draw and work on, and also proceed without neglecting to gather information and get ready, for example, go on a trip domestic/overseas, etc. I think it would be a good idea to look back at yourself with a different environment or point of view than usual, or go to a place where you can interact with people to exchange opinions and have discussions.

Then, when the firm intention to do this is finally solidified, I will finally be able to believe in myself, and I sincerely pray that you will be able to work on various things with that confidence.

I don't have confidence either

Hello Rii-san.

I don't have confidence either.

Recently, there have been more opportunities to interact with monks from other denominations...
When I looked around, there were only amazing monks, and they said, “What am I after many years as a monk?? Or rather, what is a monk? I eat meals, go to the bathroom, and sleep at night while worrying about “More specifically, what am I like.”

My wife is an office worker and said, “When I get to work, I do that in the morning, I have that job in the afternoon, and I have to do this by tomorrow, so I have to get ready for that and do that too. It seems that they have decided “OK.”
When I heard such a story and looked back at myself, there was no planning at all.
I was pretty depressed. I thought that was dangerous. I tried it. ... I couldn't do it...

Then, I realized there was nothing to imitate... This is what I thought too.
I don't have confidence, so I'm a little impatient and work dangerously dangerous. The motivation may not last, but there must be no problem as a start/start.

You may not be able to do it, and you may be able to. There are people who work well, and there are times when a different approach works. Moreover, that compatibility is “quite a coincidence.”
Confidence is something you make, there are times when it increases rapidly, there are times when you get it, and there are times when someone gives it to you.

There's nothing wrong with looking for a job in a hurry. The result I regret is “quite a coincidence.” Good results are also “pretty coincidental.” But if my willpower were to work there, I think it would be Rii-san's sincerity, which allows me to calmly look at “I don't have confidence in who I am now.”

recharge. Be careful when preparing.

I'll do it with Taian.
There's a saying, if you're prepared, you won't have to worry.
Conversely, if you don't prepare, you will often lose confidence in yourself and your anxiety will grow.

Please first increase the number of questions you can properly answer to the questions used in interview practice.
It's a good idea to have your own opinions by referring to example interview questions on the internet or in job hunting books.

As I thought about various things, I discovered an aspect I hadn't noticed on my own, and I think I can gain confidence and quench my anxiety.

Also, as a guideline for thinking about whether or not to be suitable, can you have enough energy to develop that job? If that point can also be taken care of, there is no need to be swayed by job information.

I hope you can find a job where you can prepare well and protect your own merits.
Shinko Jogō. I am also hoping that you will have a good relationship with your job.
