I've been scammed, how can I live a positive life?
My mentor and the person I admired for many years was an impostor.
Together, my mother and I were defrauded and stolen all of our 70 years' worth of savings.
At the time when I wanted to quit the company due to power harassment, it became a story about “let's make a stock management company with 3 people with my mother,” and it became known that the scammer did not give out even 1 yen of money after 3 years of establishment. Since then, the company has been dissolved without permission.
I was told by the police that I had consulted many times that “the scammer is too competent to turn it into a criminal case.”
I also changed lawyers, and I met a teacher who said “it is possible to sue in civil matters,” but the first cost is 2 million, so I'm hesitating.
What I regret so much that I want to die is that most of my mother's money, who decided “I will never cause trouble to my daughter in her old age,” and she saved without enjoying her life, was stolen by me as an idiot.
I've managed to make a living, and I've paid back to my mother, but she said, “If I had that money, my mother would have a richer life. It's always painful to say, “I was able to go over there too, and I was able to buy that too...”
My mother was a strong person and said, “Money led to peace of mind. But what's lost can't be helped. It's also embarrassing to talk to people, so let's just give up.” You won't be blamed.
The amount of life insurance in the unlikely event of an emergency happened to me is now an amount of money that will somehow make my mother's life easier. I want to use the money I used to pay for fun with my mother, but my mother ages faster than reimbursement and it's sad.
You can't spend 2 million on attorney fees. If so, I'd like to use it for my mom. However, if I could pay my lawyer, I would be relieved of my regret.
I was scammed and hesitated about something bad, and said, “Someday, I will cause my grandson to be irretrievably seriously injured, and suffer when I see my son grieving and suffering!” I think so.
I can't forgive the impostor who tricked the baby into twisting her hand while knowing about my mother's hardships. (I don't have a male-female relationship with a scammer)
I was scammed because I was ignorant, stupid, and shallow, and despite putting my heart on my mother, I sometimes find myself unable to be kind to my mother. It's pitiful and makes me want to disappear, but I can't die if I leave my mother behind.
While looking forward, working, and thinking about living happily by traveling with my mother from time to time, I think “I want to sue in civil matters, I can't get back on my feet, and if I'm alone, I want to seriously injure my grandson.”
What should I do about my heart? please.
