What happens when you die

Will it be painful to die, will it be easier, or will it depend on how that person lives?

“Causal Reparation Theory/Karma Theory”

Rii-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is a humble answer to the question.

It is uncertain what was the intention behind this question, but Buddhism deals with “causal retaliation theory/karma theory.”

I'm handling it even in the humble answer below.

I know it's really difficult for beginners who aren't used to Buddhism, but to put it bluntly, it means “if you do good things, you will get good results, and if you do bad things, you will get bad results.”

In a world made up of this good fortune, ignoring causes and conditions will never be achieved. Every result has a cause or condition. In order to achieve good results, it is necessary to make an effort to do good things. Failure to do so will not produce good results. Of course, it is necessary to think carefully about what exactly would be a “good act.” In terms of Buddhism, as I mentioned in the question below, I know that it is required to do things with the intention of “mercy and altruism.”

What happens after death, as Rii certainly said, “depends on how you live,” and that is also what is desired for a “good” way of life as much as possible.

It is thought that the state of the (empty) heart (inheritance) has a major effect in reincarnation after death. It is said that going after death in a state with bad causes such as ignorance (fundamental ignorance), worry, bad work, etc., is likely to be extremely severe (evil world... hell, devil, beast, etc.).

I want to keep my heart (inheritance) pure through a certain “Buddha relationship,” and work hard towards enlightenment and nirvana in a state where Buddhist training can be carried out even after death.

If we wish to attain true happiness (enlightenment, nirvana), I know that it is necessary to keep a firm focus on a “good” way of life. Let's work hard together so that we can accumulate good deeds.

There's no guarantee that it will be easier when you die.

It's painful to die.
I've seen a lot of suffering deaths, the sorrow, self-blame, regret, and loneliness of those left behind until now, starting with this question and answer section.

Death is not on our side.

I am always worried about consultations from people who feel that life is so difficult or difficult that I want to think that it will be easier when they die.
There may be days when painful feelings take up place in your head, but please take care of your body.

Even when you think about various things in your head, your body repeats cellular metabolism, carries blood, continues to breathe, and when wounds occur, it creates and tries to heal scabs, and it plays that role without worrying about anyone's eyes.
I would be happy if you could keep that in the corner of your heart.

If it seems too painful, I think using a medical institution or consultation agency is one option.

I'm sorry if I'm exaggerating too much.

People cannot experience their own death.

Let me start with the conclusion.
“Even if we can know someone else's death,
You won't be able to experience your own death for the rest of your life.”
This is the answer.

It's a strange expression, but “people can't die.”
You might think so, but please consider the following details carefully.

① Tonight when you can take a day off wearing 🌙 futons,
Try falling asleep thinking, “Oh, I'm going to sleep...”
😩 “Muñamunya..., ah, I'm getting sleepy..., zzz...,
zzz... 💤” 👈 If this happens, you won't be aware that you're sleeping, right?

② So, can we be aware of who we are when we sleep?
👉 Even if you have a dream, you can't notice it because you're sleeping, right?

③ Can you be aware of the moment you sleep?
👉 Until about 1 second before going to sleep, even if you're aware, you can't be aware when you sleep, right?

🌙 Even if you are conscious until just before falling asleep on a futon, once you fall asleep, you are unconscious.
..., in the same way as

😇 You are conscious until just before you fall into eternal sleep, but when you die, you are unconscious.

Even if you think you're going to die until just before you die, you're definitely alive while you're alive.
Even if you think “I might die, I might die,” definitely while I'm thinking about it! It's not dead. It's proof that I'm living with Chan.

So, start thinking about it this way today.
“Even if you can know someone else's death, you won't be able to experience your own death for the rest of your life.”
If you can understand this reason, anxiety about death will go away.

No matter how much I thought about the afterlife while I was alive, it was just a matter of fantasizing about death. Ask people who say unfounded things about the world after death, “Have you ever died?”

So, let's start today 👇 I would like you to live with bright hope.
“When I die, I will never die until that time comes, so no matter how much I think about death until that time, I can't help but live well in the present.”
Will it be painful or will it be easier?
Death is equal. There is no disparity. There is a difference between being painful and comfortable until death. However, since death frees us from all senses and leaves, I am convinced that “there is no hardship.”

Rii-sama.

As you may have asked, “depending on how that person lives...” it changes after death.

As Kawaguchi Hidetoshi says
It means “if you do good things, you'll get good results; if you do bad things, you'll get bad results.”
