About Immortal Buddhism

I asked the question whether even home followers of Esoteric Buddhism can attain enlightenment. It is said that giving alms to monks leads to enlightenment, but there is a problem with attaining Buddhism immediately.

Can even lay believers become Buddhists instantly if they recite mantras? (without alms to monks)

You can do it.

Kiyoka, it's again.

As I wrote in my answer again, it does not mean that if you give alms to a monk, you will attain Buddhism. Fuse practice is a practical subject of Bodhisattva practice. Giving alms to monks isn't the only way to give alms. An act of charity is an act of charity for someone other than oneself. The only one of them is giving alms to monks. If you practice Rokuhara Mitsu as taught, you can attain Buddhism without giving alms to monks.

Monks are just professional road guides for housekeepers. It means that in order to learn cooking, it is faster to have a cooking teacher than to do it in your own style, and it means that those who learn about a teacher rather than practicing Buddhist training on their own can reach enlightenment without hesitation.
And no matter how much your teacher teaches you, you'll have to cook your own food at the end of the day. Similarly, no matter how wonderful a master is taught about Buddhist practice, the final enlightenment is nothing but the practice of one's own Bodhisattva practice. That is, the path to attaining Buddhism is open equally regardless of whether you are a monk or at home. Therefore, if Seika buys her own sutras and practices Bodhisattva practices while chanting mantras, she will surely reach the path of attaining Buddhism.

Of course, it's my own style, so if you lose your way, the path to enlightenment will be far away. That's why you need to choose how to practice your own Buddhist practice. Incidentally, instant attaining Buddhism in Esoteric Buddhism does not mean that you will attain Buddhism as soon as you recite the mantra. Including such things, it is a choice of learning methodology whether to study on your own or learn about your teacher.

Please do your best to study. We clap hands.

Body, mouth, and mind

Nice to meet you, Seika. I read your question.

Even lay believers without making offerings to monks are wondering if they can attain Buddhism right away if they recite mantras.

I'll write a little bit about attaining Buddhism immediately.
Buddhism originated in India and was introduced to China and Japan along the Silk Road. In Buddhism, it is said that while being reincarnated over and over again like the Buddha, they accumulate virtue and practice to reach enlightenment. However, in Esoteric Buddhism, they tied a seal on their hands, recited mantras in their mouths, and explained that if they think of the Buddha in their heart, anyone can quickly become one with the Buddha. This is the instant attainment of Buddhism.

So, if you don't know the signs and mantras, isn't it possible to attain Buddhism right away? The question comes to mind.
Let's interpret it so that we can apply it a little more to our daily lives.

Please think of putting a mark on your hand to mean “do a clean act.” It's about not unnecessarily killing living things, not stealing them, and not having an affair. In other words, it's an act done with the body.

To recite mantras in one's mouth means “use pure words.” Don't lie, don't say compliments, don't speak ill of it, and don't use dualistic language.

Thinking of the Buddha in your heart means “think about pure things.” Don't be sparing, don't get angry, and don't think the wrong way of thinking. In other words, it's about cleaning the mind. I think it's okay to paraphrase it as a fencing operation.

In summary, I'm explaining that by cleaning your body, mouth, and mind, you can quickly become one with the Buddha (become a Buddha instantly).
I'm praying that Seika will be able to clean her body, mouth, and mind so that she can attain Buddha right away.

You could think about it this way.
There's nothing that isn't an offering in the first place.
I'm giving alms to someone just because I'm alive.
They contribute to the medical and welfare world even when they are bedridden or sick.
I am receiving some kind of benefit or donation just by breathing now. It's hard to accept it.
That doesn't mean they don't do anything; they embody it and make alms.
In order to leave oneself, they also give alms as ascetic practices.
There are also people helping cars that are stuck in the midst of heavy snowfall today, tomorrow, and in the Kanto region.
People who don't like the cold or don't want to get wet just pass by and go through.
That's not an offering that should be needed there.
People who preach true Buddhism are like the rest of the world, so by spreading the power of that person, helping, and supporting them, many people are also saved by the true Buddhism taught by that person.

Mantras are ❝ sayings ❞ that truly attain the path and attainment of Buddhism, so it is only by reciting, chanting, and embodying that mantra that it becomes a mantra in the brain and becomes true on oneself.
Mantras will become futile if they are not translated into truth or reality.
So how do you embody, realise, and turn it into a mantra?
“Everything is impermanent”
However, it was just that the letters and sounds called various acts are impermanent were played.
“My self and self mind are constantly being transformed, and I am always saved without leaving anything behind.”
It is necessary to direct oneself towards attaining Buddhism and function in a way that is separate from understanding and the private views of human beings.
This is true no matter what mantra you recite.
If it doesn't become a truth or mantra in the true sense of the word above myself, any mantra becomes a word that should be called a hypothesis.

Instantly attain Buddha
Koshin is Buddha
Immediate attainment of Buddha
Joshin is Buddha
When, where, and what kind of attainment of Buddhism?
If you assume that yourself beforehand and don't match that image, you're in the dark.
Now, no matter what you see or listen to, there is a true “truth” that is true.
Do you start with words or do you start with truth?
Words are words that point to the truth.
Mantras also indicate truth, true words and mantras that point towards truth and attainment of Buddhism.
What makes a mantra a mantra work and how to put self-confidence's mantra to work.
My words also don't work for people who don't work just by looking blurry.
These words also function as mantras leading to attaining Buddhism on one's own.

“Illusion” and “Light” in the Mujō Yoga Tantra

Kiyoka-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

I've been thinking about “becoming a Buddha instantly” for a long time, but recently, I've finally come to understand that the body and mind that attaining Buddhism is not due to the rough body or rough mind (consciousness) we usually have now.

In particular, the “phantom” and “light” described in the Mujō Yoga Tantra are necessary as quality factors for attaining Buddhism.

Depending on how the “phantom” and “light” gradually converge, I was certainly able to understand that “instant Buddha attainment” is also possible.

However, in order to do so, it is still necessary to practice the resources of wisdom and good fortune for enlightenment. In particular, in esoteric Buddhism, it is also taught to quickly adjust the accumulation of resources for wisdom and good fortune, but if you make a mistake, it will be ridiculous, so you should practice carefully without errors, so I know that you must be careful.
