I want to live without being caught up in the past

Even though I know it's unavoidable to say it now, I remember the past and complain.

Also, search for the name of the person who tormented you on SNS
(I couldn't find that person)
It makes me wish for that person's misfortune.

I want to forget the past and be happy. How can we live without being caught up in the past?

I'm not stuck in the past

You're already living in the present. No matter how you look at it, you're probably living in this moment.

You may feel like you're stuck in the past, but please look at the facts and stories only in your head. What I see in my eyes right now. The sound you hear. smell. It tastes good when eating. Notice that when you touch something, it looks like you've touched it.

If you don't like the past and try to escape it, it will follow you insistently. We only need to look at the current reality.
Try doing it consciously.

Lose time to remember

Everyone has bad memories of the past.

But don't you remember it when you're having fun with someone, not when you're passionate about something, when you don't have anything to do alone, or when you don't feel positive?

I'm not being held captive, I'm just remembering.

I remember because I give myself time to remember.
The point is, you're just not walking in a positive way.

Right now, anything is good, so let's find something you can be passionate about and enjoy, and be aware of that.

When your mood is positive, your bad past won't come up, and even if it does come up, you should be able to turn positive.

If the person who tormented you is a mean person, if you do something mean, mean consequences will happen to your partner even if you leave them alone.
You don't have to ask for it.

Conversely, wishing for your partner's misfortune only causes you to do bad things yourself.
Nothing is good for you.

If you're angry, stop wishing for misfortune right now.
If you remember it no matter what, think of that person as a poor person.
People who can't show off their existence without being mean are poor people, so you should just hope that person will stop being mean and live a decent life.
If you do that, the number of people who feel bad like you did will decrease in the future.

That person's life has nothing to do with you.

You should only think about what is right in front of you.

The centerpiece is not looking into the past

“Until a while ago, Gari Gari Kun was here”
“But now it's already melted and gone, isn't it? (^<^)”

“Until a while ago, I just wore seat belts”
“My eyes don't see it right now (^<^)”

“That was 12:00 until a while ago”
“It's already 3:45 now (^<^)”

The human eye is strange, isn't it?
You can never see things from the past.
It's not just the eyes. Ears, nose, mouth, and body.
So, your lifelong friends are your own eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and body.
These five friends will never betray you.
That's because it takes a proper look at the present.
The head is different.
Like a DVD player, I rewind to the past and imagine scenes I haven't even watched yet without permission.
I wonder if the focus is on what was just now or what is going to happen from now on.
If you can see the past or future, try closing your eyes.
My head is showing it.
Humans are creatures that confuse this place.
The five senses of eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and body will never betray you for the rest of your life.
It really cuts away even the past that was painful and disgusting.
Once you awaken to the importance of these five friends, you won't look back on the past.
It seems simple, but the root of Zen Buddhism is here.
Memories and the future are nothing but thoughts. In other words, it's something that doesn't exist.
Now it's forever new. If you replace it with recognition, it will soon become the past.
What was a second ago doesn't even need to be pulled out.
That's because if you pull out the past, you'll lose the present.
