Depression is not curable

Nice to meet you today.

I'm a man in my thirties, and I was diagnosed with depression from the hospital three years ago and went to the hospital, but there's no sign of getting better.

My job is an office worker, but I don't get along with my boss, and I just get stressed every day. After I became depressed, I had no hope and continued to be unable to sleep at night, and although I am taking medicine, my head seems to be dazed, and I think my depression is getting worse.

Thank you for your kind attention

Let's correct the way we perceive things

Sakamoto

You're being prescribed medicine for depression, aren't you?
It is conceivable that depression was originally caused by Sakamoto's kind and serious personality.
To be honest, I don't think it's easy to get better with medicine alone. Of course, if you are prescribed the right medicine, the medicine alone may be fine if the symptoms are mild, but first of all, it is often said that there are few doctors who can prescribe medicine well. You should go to the doctor as many times as you like and talk about it if it doesn't suit you so that they can give you medicine that suits Sakamoto's body.

On the other hand, I think it's better to learn how to grasp things.
This is an imagination, but due to Sakamoto's serious personality, she may have a habit of holding on to various problems as her own fault. Habits that tend to lead to negative thoughts can also be considered.

I think it's a good idea to practice getting away from the world of thought.
Get rid of all past events, Sakamoto's thoughts, etc. from the boss, who is not good at it, and try to look at it as it is. Just see and hear what you see and hear with your eyes. Don't add emotions such as “annoying,” “no,” and “loud” to that.

When my boss uttered a voice and it reached my ears, this “loud” feeling hadn't come out yet. It should have come out reflexively right after that. I think it's a good idea to practice listening to the voice as it is so this doesn't come out.

I hope they learn about zazen.

Don't try hard.

The number of people with depression is increasing year by year.
There are also scholars who say that the speeding up of the world is putting stress on humans.

If you don't do work, you can't help it, so you probably have no choice but to do it, but when that's not the case, please suppress the feeling that “I have to do something.”

Everyone fights feelings of “I have to do something” and “I have to do something,” so I feel stressed between myself not being able to do what I want and my unmotivated self, which further increases my depression.

Work relationships are about work, not your private life, so let's think about them separately.

When I go to work, I leave myself to someone else to use, and I get paid, so I think so openly and don't show my ego.
If you're doing what you're told, if you work hard at it, you shouldn't need to think about relationships.

“Even though I'm doing my best.” “Why don't you understand?”

This is actually the enemy of depression.

Letting someone who doesn't understand understand is extremely difficult even for healthy people.
If you don't understand, don't understand.

Learning how to do it to your heart's content when you can, and when you can't do it to the extent that you don't get complained about, is one way to break away from depression.

It seems that you are taking an antidepressant, but when you think it's not right, it may be better to take it while watching the situation.

Many antidepressants increase serotonin and noradrenaline, so if you take them when you're not that depressed, they may return and cause your brain to become excited.
Please have a thorough discussion with your doctor.

You're too serious

Nice to meet you, Sakamoto.
This is Nakamura Taishaku from Tokushima Prefecture, the temple of Dharma and ceiling paintings.

Sakamoto was diagnosed with depression 3 years ago, and even after taking medicine, she doesn't feel like she's healed just by being dazed.
I'm also a pharmacist, so I'll talk about medicine.
I don't know what kind of medicine Sakamoto is taking, but when she takes medicine for depression, she becomes more or less dazed. This is because it suppresses brain activity a little.

I would like to say that Sakamoto is a very serious person. Otherwise, you won't get diagnosed with depression. People who laugh every day don't get depressed.

Laughter is medicine that is better than anything. Think of 3 boring puns a day. If possible, try telling someone. Sakamoto's character has had a makeover, and people around her laugh. It's one laugh a day.

Can depression be cured with zazen

Mr. Tange (pseudonym), who has a lot of trouble, was always based on thoughts.
I was just looking at things centered on my own thoughts and interpretations.
Even when I watch comedy shows, criticism, comments, and gossip are the main ones, so I can't just enjoy it.
It's like being a judge on a TV show or you, it's a point of view that makes you want to jump in.
I also have strong assumptions about dealing with people.
That person must be thinking this way, so I believe in my own negative judgment.
Meanwhile, Kakumoto (a pseudonym) began zazen in search of enlightenment.
I was wondering if zazen meditation is about sitting on one's feet, but simply put, it changes the frequency of the mind.
As if I were changing radio channels, I always chose only thought channels, evaluation channels, good or bad channels, and scoring channels, but I learned that there are special channels so I can sign up with SKYPER for a fee.
It's a channel called “Non-Thinking Mind” and “Non-Thinking Mind,” which takes away from thoughts. (This is just a metaphor)
At the beginning, during zazen, my thinking mind was all I had, and I was centered around delusions.
Teacher: “Once you're aware, you can't stop thinking about the bicycle pedal of thought if you're humble. They said, “You should get off the bicycle of thought and kick the bicycle pedal of fact,” and I switched to a new car.
Pushing the factual pedal means that when looking at the fan, the thinking mind separates right and left, and no matter which way the fan is facing, you look at it as it is, as you see it.
There is the term read through, and it does exactly that in response to the facts.
Silently watch and listen to one passage until the end, without putting in your own good or bad judgment, read through = watch the story of the matter until the end = you can watch and listen to it until the end.
This is the zazen mindset. It's not just about sitting.
Please look it up on the internet and look for someone who has a reputation for being properly aware.
Please search for Zen Buddhism in Hamamatsu, a book sent to Zen friends.

Thinking with thought and curing a bug is like washing muddy daikon with mud.
People cannot be saved by fawns of thought.
You can only be saved by receiving the facts as they are, before you apply Fab 0's of your thoughts to them.
First, try a fan near you.
There are always times when I don't even think right or left.
