Why is life full of bad things?

There are so many bad things in life that even a little bit of happiness is overshadowed by misfortune.

There are so many things I don't like, and recently my feelings have waned so that I don't feel even a little bad.
I don't feel anything about most things, and all I have is sadness or anger.

Why do bad things happen all the time in life?
A test from God? What is it that one can overcome while the heart almost dies?
Somehow, I started to want to jump off the veranda.

Today's misfortune is the first step to future happiness

Good evening, Keisan, nice to meet you

There are a lot of bad and painful things every day

A little bit of happiness goes out quickly in the face of great misfortune, like a light before the wind.

It is said that human memory is more likely to remain in memory when it is strongly linked to joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure.
This is why even if I can't remember yesterday's meal, I can clearly remember some event.

Feelings are fading, but feelings of sadness and anger, that is, feelings of sorrow and anger remain.

Painful things and sad things like that are very easy to notice and stay in memory. However, there is joy and joy, albeit small. Your heart is so hard right now that you can't focus your eyes on it, isn't it?

Even if I try to avoid painful or sad things, I will definitely visit you.
You try to avoid it even though you can't avoid it, so you feel the pain.

Your suffering right now is yours alone.
However, in order to brighten up your future, it is impossible without your current experiences.

If you want to get out of it because it's very painful and disgusting right now, it doesn't matter if it's ridiculous how can you break away from misfortune. The opposite should only come about because you've experienced it. Please think about that.
What you set out to do is not a veranda; it should be the first step you envision.

Believe in your future

I read it. As you said, there are a lot of things I hate about life, aren't there? It really continues one after the other, so I'm sick of it. I sincerely understand your feelings.
Well, it's not as bright as going through a long tunnel. It makes me wonder what it is to really live.
Even so, it makes me wonder how to relieve this pain of having to live.
What would be good for you and what would make you happy?
The way people receive things changes quite a bit depending on their state and state of mind.
If you are in a state of life or death where there is no food or water, you will feel very grateful even for a small amount of water or just a handful of food. Conversely, if you are satisfied with everything, you won't feel lucky or happy with trivial things.
If you think about it carefully, what kind of situation are you living in right now?

Is there anything in your life that you have forgotten or cannot feel or take for granted?
Looking back at it and reconfirming it may be an opportunity. Also, for example, it might be necessary to take a break from the current situation.
From now on, you will meet various people, encounter various events, and gain various experiences. There will certainly be a lot of hard and painful things to come, but that's definitely not all. As you have experienced so much, you will be able to encounter and receive things you are thankful for and wonderful things.
There is darkness on the verge of life, but even so, we can always see light.

I sincerely pray that many encounters and good luck will come to you in the future, and that everyone will have a rich and fruitful day while respecting each other.
And I wholeheartedly support you.
Please believe in your future and take it positively!

Originally, there are no “bad things” in life

There is no happiness or unhappiness on the outside.
Let's say the TV you use in your house breaks down.
Is this unfortunate for you?
For electronics stores, they buy new ones and do repair work.
There may also be wonderful discoveries and encounters.
“Unhappy, unhappy,” I arrived at this hasunoha site.
Your one-sided way of thinking about life up until now may change drastically as a result of this.
If that's the case, it's all my teachers.
Energy to grow yourself.

There is nothing good or bad about things.
Is rain a good thing?
Is clear weather a good thing?
There are also people who are in trouble if it continues to rain and clear.
Let's throw away the world we left out with a small telescope called “For Me.”
You should be able to notice that everything there is in a way that is separate from the way humans think and your way of thinking.
When something you don't like is there, if it becomes learning, gives you new awareness, improves yourself, and ultimately discovers a way to live without worries or suffering, that is probably thanks to that.
The way to get rid of “bad things” is to learn reality.
I determine that everything I feel now with my whole body's senses and senses exists as a way of leaving my own Yoiwari.
What is happening now is beyond what humans decide for good, bad, likes and dislikes.
It's not about getting over it.
I'll settle down there.
Without resistance or backlash, I just stared at that street.
And don't pour too much of your feelings into it and don't feel like me.
What is good for you may be bad for someone else.
Buddhism is about living the facts directly before human evaluation by knowing that Yoiwari for someone like that is nothing more than an afterthought.
Please take this opportunity to look back at your own state of mind, leave your one-sided way of thinking through questions and answers from others within Hasunoha, and find a flexible way of life.

“I don't like it” is the affliction of anger

You feel like life is full of bad things.
That's because you're watching various events in your life through glasses of anger and worry that you “don't like it.”
Expect something, and if it doesn't go as expected, anger will come out saying “I don't like it.”
Every phenomenon in the real world changes. (impermanent)
However, when you change in a form other than what you expect, the anguish of anger comes into play.
“Well, okay!” Let go of the obsession with expectations.
Aim for a flexible and lightweight mind.

Everything is just a fact

Kei-sama

Nice to meet you, my name is Shaku Huishin.
I was able to take a look.

If there are 10 things I don't like, the fun things are about 1 or 0.5, right?

You can say anything, but in the world, people say that there are good things because there are things you don't like.

If you look at me as the center, I don't think that's out of place either.

For example, what do you hate?
I think things I don't like are different depending on the environment, age, and gender.

I don't like the fact that I hardly have any days off right now.
However, I don't like being told to take a break for the rest of my life if I want to take a break.
I also have a certain amount of discord.
I didn't wear black and white, and I went through it leisurely by layering better as much as possible instead of putting on the best.

I'm sorry for the private matter.
I got away with that.

For example, disgust in Buddhism is expressed as suffering.

Typical disgust (suffering) is determined to be life, old age, illness, or death.

Let me go back to the story for a moment,
I said I don't like not having a day off right now.
How about this for Kei-sama?
That I don't have a day off.

don't you like it?
Honestly, I don't know. Isn't it?

Even if I don't like it, what's above me doesn't matter to Kei-sama, does it?

It doesn't hurt or itch.

This is the true nature of disgust (suffering).

You get old, you get sick, and you die.

Every day someone dies somewhere, and I can't stop thinking about it.

Why is that?

This is because even the fundamental suffering, which is called the Four Great Sufferings, is simply a fact when it has nothing to do with me and does not happen to me.

There is no crime in life, old age, illness, or death.
If it's just there, or if it's someone else's personal event, it's just a fact.

However, when it happened to me, the mere fact quickly turned into disgust (suffering).

Why is that?

That's because it's not convenient for me.

It can be said that the reason everything in the world seems disgusting (painful) is because everyone sees things and people at my convenience.

A self-centered perspective is something I have originally, like my eyes and nose, so it would be difficult to completely eliminate the dislike that comes from it.
However, little by little, you can free yourself from dislike, be happy, and be relieved by trying to say kind words and smiles, not looking too much for the best, and saying that even a little better is good.
Let's walk little by little (^_^)
