About ways to relieve stress

Hello.
If you ask other people how to relieve stress.
Everyone does karaoke and sports
When I talk to someone,
It seems to diverge, though.

I'm tone-deaf and eat singing, so
I can't relieve stress well.

I can't tell people how to relieve my stress,

Destroy things to your heart's content. It makes me feel refreshed. But even after you break it,
It makes me feel sorry. I'm scared of myself, and I have a sense of guilt and fear that one day I won't be able to control it...

How can I relieve stress without feeling guilty?

martial arts

How about kickboxing?
I hit and kick my heart out, got sweaty, and felt refreshed.
I'm not good at sports college, but I'm learning a comprehensive martial art called Jeekundo. I don't have a sense of rhythm, so my footwork is so messed up that I even laugh at myself.
If you punch and kick a male opponent to the fullest, you'll feel refreshed.

I understand

It's stressful, isn't it?

What should I do to resolve it?

I weed, prune garden branches, and trees, and clean the collected things after scattering everything to my heart's content.

Edamo, break it with a machete or cut it with a saw.

It's quite easy to become mindless.

It's also good to fiddle with the soil

It's as easy and cheap as playing games to relieve stress

It's not as easy as a social game. I recommend PC games. This is because if it's an overseas game, there are things you can fully play with basic play, and there are many things you can play for months for 100 yen. If you can control yourself so you don't become a heavy user who buys a computer for games, it's much cheaper than buying a home video game console like the PlayStation. I thought it would be just right for me to try and see if it's right for me.

I don't have a diagram that makes me stressed

Humans don't want to do things they don't want to do.
No one likes lying to themselves.
The number one reason for stress to occur is that “I want to do this,” comes first.
Please be aware of that.
Flexible people don't experience stress compared to you.
That is, you get stressed because your presets are too strong.
“Why!” “Seriously?” “Play a game.” “I'm not kidding.” “Aliena,” “That's a lie, isn't it?”
To be honest, these backlash reactions are almost non-existent to me.
That's because it's haphazard, and I have very little advance planning in my mind.
So just do what happened right in front of you.
For example, if 300 jobs are flowing on a conveyor belt, you won't deal with them if they haven't flowed yet.
If it flows slowly, it will live slowly.
It was like this until a while ago, but I don't even have that feeling.
I won't even look ahead. Even if I had 150 jobs right now, I wouldn't count them.
Just bluntly do what's in front of you.
If you do that, you won't be able to follow suit. Since you don't have your own rules, you won't be able to violate your own rules. So there's no stress.
When you catch a ball, make sure you don't think every ball is round from the beginning.
“If you lose your own rules, nothing against your own rules will happen.”
Breaking your own rules is the number one cause of stress.
This is a cardinal rule.
