About waking up

I have a question
I hear monks are early in the morning
How do you get up early?
It seems like day and night have been reversed recently, so I want to fix my wake-up time, so please use your wisdom.

Being watched by the Buddha

I woke up at 3:40 in the morning
Boil tea first thing in the morning and offer hot bancha in the main hall
4:10 Sutra recitation starts
5:30 End of the sutras recitation
Offer tea first thing in the morning to all graves at the graveyard
Go to bed around 23:00 to 24:00 at night
It's been like this all year long.

I'm sleepy. However, since I have Buddha's eyes, I can't change this style. Rather, I think it is possible to wake up thanks to the Buddha's eyes.

Please enshrine a Buddha statue and make an offering at a fixed time every day. Good results can be achieved by activating the consciousness that the Buddha is watching on anything.

When I was a student, day and night were reversed

Speaking of how it was improved... I underwent cyborg surgery at ZEN's dojo. ... No, this is an example of a thing, but it felt quite like that. The most accurate expression is probably that it has been corrected. I don't think it would be helpful in ordinary households.

However, if you want to wake up in the morning, it's not about how to wake up; you should devise ways to sleep early and to sleep well. They say, “No matter how much I sleep, I won't sleep,” and that was the case with me. One day, someone told me that he often held his breath while sleeping. Speaking of which, I was searching for medicine for hay fever in my dreams, and I often woke up because it was painful... I wasn't able to sleep even though I was sleeping. That's why I can't wake up no matter how much I sleep. “Ahhh, I slept well!” What a refreshed awakening morning after a long absence...

I'm not in an environment where I can easily go to the hospital, and my living environment changed while struggling with guts and caffeine pills sold at drugstores, but if there's anything I can think of, I'll go to the hospital. There is also a clinic that specializes in sleep, and it seems that tests can also be done at home.

If it's a caffeine supplement, I recommend a candy called cafelop. They are sold at any major drugstore.

You don't have to force yourself to get up early

You should sleep when your body is at rest.
There are older people who often brag about getting up early, but when I ask them when they go to bed, they all sleep about 6 to 9 hours the same.
If you can't get rid of fatigue no matter how much you sleep, your liver may be weak.
Don't you also have rhinitis?
When my nose is blocked, I can't get rid of fatigue no matter how many hours I sleep.
Maybe it's just that oxygen isn't circulating in the brain.
Modern people say that blue light reduces sleep due to smartphone and tablet addiction, so let's cut 60% blue light and apply blue light reduction film to glasses and screens.
If the price is high, buy an eye mask at a 100 yen shop. (Sleep without looking)
