I ended up making a phone call to the toll-free cram school call center.
I'm still traumatized by being bullied at the cram school. Even though it's a topic that should be solved at a cram school
How do I stop calling?

There is so little information that it's hard to answer

Is the call center a call center for a cram school that was bullied?
Is it an unrelated cram school call center?
What kind of calls do they make to call centers?

I don't really understand the situation,
How about something like a vow ceremony to stop calling (set a break such as not calling from your birthday)?

Elementary school students are cruel. and grow into an adult

At the time, I was an elementary school student of a cruel age around me.
Now if you're an adult, everyone around you is an adult. Adults who have grown up in their way of thinking won't bully you.
You don't have to call the call center anymore.
That's because there are only adults.

Not willing to move on to the next step Unwilling to resolve

Aren't you falling in love with the fact that you're listening to me? (^<^)
If there are people who can accept the story, it will temporarily calm your mind, but it probably isn't a fundamental solution.
If you fix the problem the wrong way, the problem won't go away.
I don't think the direction is clear.
As a result of phone calls up until now, the issue was not resolved.
What you should learn here is to learn how to do that, and that phone calls didn't solve the problem.
And then you should step up.
Please re-read the answer I sent you last time.
I've also suffered from trauma, so I understand it very well.
Try facing it without running away, even if it's not your kind of answer.
A I can't forgive being bullied
Even B can't change that past
If it's C, change your evaluation of that from negative to positive (I was bullied but got stronger by that amount, it became somewhat tough, it was an opportunity for me to face myself, etc.)
Do you want your D partner to apologize
E can we get in touch? Can we have a proper discussion?
The person in question has forgotten
If it's G, it's a waste of time to suffer any more due to your own sense of being a victim
H should stop thinking like that
I How to deal with it
J-only do what you need to deal with when trauma occurs
K specifically? It has already been answered. Let's reread it.

There is no problem with the current cram school

They are probably asking for help from the cram school based on past experiences.
However, I don't think it's possible for that school to solve the problems of that time now.
That's because that conversation is just happening within you.
The solution is that you yourself will capture the reality of the present, not the past.
The path to salvation is to stop thinking with your head and trying to do something about it and let go.
