Please check out my ascetic practices

I thought dialogue with my master was important in Buddhist practice, so I decided to post it because I wanted them to check my ascetic practices.

Set up zazen meditation and cast the spell “gyaty gyatty” to empty your head,
I also emptied my head during acts such as brushing my teeth.

After doing this ascetic practice all day long, my mind became like water, and the world became quiet.
Furthermore, my head is refreshed, and this state continues even without zazen meditation,
I began to feel that everything and myself were flowing as if it were someone else's.

Does this state indicate that your training is progressing in a good direction?

Isn't it good

I can't read other people's minds, but isn't it a good thing that my mind makes the world quiet and can be quiet?
For me, Buddhism
Control and eliminate the cause of trouble and suffering (greed, anger, laziness, pride, etc.)
I think it's a teaching that aims to control and eliminate worries and suffering.
Therefore, even when practicing, you should be careful not to deviate from the direction of controlling your worries and overcoming your worries.
It's bad when there is extra pride about the results of the ascetic practice, such as “I'm amazing” or “I'm talented.”
Isn't it important to know your own foolishness and know your own worries?
Also, it's better not to forget your compassion for others (a heart like a Buddha who doesn't abandon anyone).
It would be nice if I could keep a quiet mind and a peaceful mind.

Above all, that

I don't think I'm worthy of evaluating people myself, but I think it's a good thing to be able to spend a peaceful time while practicing ascetic practices.

As a barrier you can always hit, it's about searching to see if this is really good. There must be your own person watching to see if things are going well.

Originally, there is no need to look or observe; it's just that all the phenomena are there.

It gets out of my head.

In the midst of being human

Cry, laugh, fight

There is enlightenment in such humanness
I don't know where you are headed, but if your goal is to attain Buddhism, don't be like someone else's affair, but be a person you can be close to people's hearts and be happy and sad together.
It made me feel a little lonely that everything was someone else's.

The Buddha explained that all people in this world are our children with Hokke Sutra metaphors.
if our goal is attaining Buddhism, like this golden statement
I think treating everything in the world as my own child, treating them with love, and treating them like a strict father is the direction we should move forward.

It's OK for now. But “only then” is not good

Hello. Enlightenment in Japanese Buddhism is Joe Goriani, the secretary general of the Trimoros Association.
Is this a recent event? Hi. When I was watching the March 9 drama, my 5-year-old son played the role of Yamapu's younger brother and the second son of the temple, “Why is Tokkuger No. 1 the villain?” I wasn't able to answer well.
Aside from that, it's pretty good.
Please go further.
But why don't you just mess it up now?
I hope you're not just in a trance.
Mindfulness industry charismatic John Kabadzin. I paid 5,000 yen to take the course. Question time after finishing the lecture “Are you currently in a state of mindfulness?” In response to the questioner, “NO!” It was interesting to say that. When I was sleepy, I woke up quickly and developed clarity beyond mindfulness. Aboshi! (Give me back my money!)
In order not to become such a fool, please refer to the following and become a proper enlightenment (enlightenment).
The time is 20XX. The world was engulfed in ego flames!
People sought enlightenment and worked hard at Buddhist practice.
This is a true story of sad practitioners in the world at the end of the century (end of the century) who practiced Buddhism but missed their path.
① “What was your zazen”
Yamada Souther (pseudonym), who lives in the Hokuto prefecture, has been zazen for over 10 years. I was also employed in the position of zazen teaching at the monasteries, but he caused problems due to bullying of young children, and I was sacked from the role of mentor at the monastery. Aboshi!
Tattata-tata-tata-ta
② “Why did you go?”
It seems that Yamada Kenshiro (pseudonym), who lives in the same Hokuto prefecture, went to the pilgrimage for 3 months and had a fight with the couple on the night they came back. That's ridiculous!
“Why did you go...?” “Why did they go?” I was in pain!
③ “Your brush is crying”
Yamada Heart (pseudonym), who lives in Saitama prefecture, felt pure after copying the sutras. The person who brought me the tea inadvertently spilled tea on Heart's sutras paper, and I wonder where the good-natured feeling went. It seems that he was upset. “It hurts!!”
Even if you write Buddha characters with Buddha's heart, it will go down with just one accident. hidden!!
From “The End of the Century: Painful Ascetic Retsuden”
That's right. Everyday life is important.
There's no point in being enlightened only when you're doing it.
The fact that I can now stay quiet even when I'm not zazen is a pretty good progress.
Please keep the above points in mind and work even harder. Warm up!
