Does happiness depend on previous lives?

As the title says

In this life, happy people did good deeds in previous lives
In this life, people who aren't happy did bad deeds in previous lives
Does that mean?

To an acquaintance
・The parent-child relationship is very bad, and they fight all the time

・Self-centered

There are people who look like this
My parents passed away, and a large inheritance went in
I am living a leisurely and self-sufficient lifestyle.

After all, does a happy life depend on what you did in your previous life? If that's the case, it's useless to do good in this world, right?

“Baton Touch.”

First, I would like to say something.
There are things called “reincarnation” and “karma” at the root of the worldview that spans the actions of previous lives, this life, and the next life, but these are by no means fatalism or fatalism.
What I'm referring to is “the reality we live in now is influenced by our distant past lives.”
That's all.

So happiness doesn't depend on what you did in your previous life. Buddhism explains that no matter how far you go, it's a problem with yourself living now. This is because it could lead to an irresponsible way of life.

In a sense, things like past lives don't matter. However,
My whole life now belongs to me! And that's because we always think like that.
Thinking like that, I don't like that, I want to do this too, because if I don't want to die, my worries and suffering will expand,
According to the Buddha, “That's not true.”

The baton was handed to only one person, Miyuki, from a previous life, in the midst of countless lives through infinite time.
I think all we can do is live the way we think is right now and pass the baton to the next generation. I think that's all that really matters.
Wouldn't it be nice if someone other than us could see what the world before was like and what the world will be like later?
Someone, well, thought it would be nice if the Buddha was watching
I feel like that.

The most important thing in the afterlife

“After all, does a happy life depend on what you did in your previous life?”
I can say that, and I don't think so.

In fact, the present is an accumulation of the past, and the future is an accumulation of the present.
In that sense, happiness may depend on previous lives.

However, by using the poor past as a springboard or food for the next, it can also be assumed that it was valuable as a result. Conversely, it is quite possible that glorious past glory and achievements can be completely ruined depending on how you act now and in the future. In that sense, the way of thinking and saying that the past depends on the present or the future may be more appropriate.

“If that's the case, then it's useless to do good in this world, right?”
There may be people who live their lives by being treated like that.
However, Buddhism teaches how to return misdeeds from previous lives, and if you are worried about the future, they also admonish that you should refrain from misdeeds even now, and encourage you to do good deeds.

[The most important thing in the afterlife]
As an ordinary person, I thought it would be dangerous if it were like this... That's why we aim for recovery.

BTW, what would you do?
are you going to stand up? are they going to end after being spooked?

“I have a large inheritance and I am living a leisurely and self-sufficient life.”
By the way, this one. It's certainly a completely enviable story, but I don't know if the person in question really grasped happiness by getting this, right?

<Additional Notes>
“I think I would be happy if I had money”
is that so? I think I'm totally envious, too.

” Do they think I'm poor the opposite? ”
It doesn't matter if you're poor or not. Unexpected temporary income is an enviable story, but I wanted to say that it is questionable how long it will last and how far it can be relied upon, and I think all teachers wanted to say that, right?

“I'm not being fooled”
Wow, is that so?” It's no use doing good in this world, right?” In response to this question, our boy said, “Yes, that's right. If you answered, “So stop wasting effort and live quietly,” will people who read this recover their motivation to live?

” Did you do good deeds in your previous life? I was just wondering”
was that so? Taking the time to think hard and respond was extremely disastrous. I'm sorry.

Do you feel happy when you have money?
I think it's very sad that they were widowed while fighting with their parents.
Also, the more money you have, the more anxiety and worries related to money will increase.
Well, the Buddha said it.
“If you do good deeds in this world, you will profit in this life, and even profit in the next life.”
Therefore, it's important not to get attached to other people's affairs, look back at yourself, and accumulate good deeds.
May you be blessed in this life and the next.

If you think about happiness in the next life, I think it's better to accumulate merit by doing good things in this life.

Also, it's not just assets that you get from your parents.
There are also physical appearance, intelligence, motor skills, knowledge, manners, etc.
Everyone is envious of only people who have received assets, but even if they are poor, there are also people who have received wonderful genes from their parents, and I don't think that if they get assets, they won't necessarily be happy.

The more good things you do, the less likely you are to have a personality that makes you feel trouble and suffering, and the easier it is for you to feel happy, and that will have an impact on your next life.
Whether or not that person feels happy is influenced by previous lives rather than whether or not they were given money out of nowhere.
On the other hand, the worse you do, the easier it is for you to feel trouble and suffering, so you will have a personality that doesn't feel happy no matter how blessed the environment is.
The difference between people who can't be happy even if they have money and people who can be happy even when they are poor is whether they have personalities that make it easy to feel happy. This is influenced by the merits accumulated up to previous lives.
