liberation
What kind of state is a state where suffering has been removed? I'm not sure if I'm still suffering or not.

For example, before starting treatment, doctors
First, we will have a firm grasp of what the patient's symptoms are.
Next, we will determine the cause of the symptoms, such as performing tests.
Next, we will examine what medications are effective and determine a treatment policy.
Finally, medications are prescribed to patients and usage and dosage are instructed.
After taking the right medication and taking the right regimen, patients will finally recover.
In Buddhism, this is called the [Four Noble Eightfold Path], and it is a path leading to [liberation], or “a state of elimination from suffering.”
“I'm not sure if I'm still suffering or not”
I think so.
It's the same as an actual illness, and the scariest thing is that there are no subjective symptoms. Therefore, we aim for early detection and early treatment by doing health checkups from time to time. Life is like this, and I don't actually feel like I'm standing on the edge of a cliff as when I'm in a state where it's neither painful nor itchy. In a sense, it can also be said that I'm suffering so much that I don't know how painful it is.
Therefore, I think it's a good idea to illuminate yourself with teachings on a daily basis and keep in mind early detection and early treatment so as not to make irreparable blunders in your life.
Hello.
First of all, “suffering” in Buddhism means “not going the way you want it to go.” Birth, old age, illness, and death don't go the way you want them to. There is no way to “get away” from that suffering. Buddhism is a teaching that “kills” “suffering.” “Destruction” is not about erasing, but about controlling.
I think it's about how to settle your feelings and keep them under your own control when things don't go the way you want them to. how's it going? it looks like it's ready? The shortcut to doing that well is the teaching of Buddhism.

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is a humble answer to the question.
There are three main types of “suffering,” and they are “suffering,” “suffering,” and “suffering.”
“Suffering” is mainly suffering in the five senses due to external factors.
“Terrible suffering” is suffering caused by things that are good, fun, and easy for us eventually breaking down.
“Suffering” is the fundamental suffering of the two afflictions described above, as suffering due to not being accepted that everything changes due to impermanence, and it can also be said that it is suffering due to not being accepted that something established as an entity (self nature) is not accepted as something.
Since these three struggles are caused by “ignorance” (fundamental ignorance), we want to aim for liberation (enlightenment) by treating that “ignorance,” which is the parent of suffering, with Buddhism (accumulation of the two resources of wisdom and good fortune).

I'm not enlightened, nor have I completely destroyed my anguish (the cause of worry and suffering),
I am happy every day when I live a normal life.
Thanks to Buddhism, you may notice your own afflictions faster than others.
When you notice worry, the effects of worry weaken.
For example, when you notice anger, anger weakens, so stress decreases in seconds.
There are also Buddhist tips like that,
Anyway, every day is strangely happy.
Let's feel happy in our casual everyday lives.
