Please tell me some tips for being cockroach!

Nice to meet you, I'm Konao.
Please give me some advice.

I often live a positive life.

However, everything gets out of balance in a cycle of about a year and a half...
When I lose my balance, I put up with it because nothing sad happened due to work, etc., and run fast! I understand that the cause is that they end up doing that.
Then, the cup was filled with feelings that could not have been there, and they did such a ridiculous thing as falling into poor physical condition.

We are now in the downturn of the one-and-a-half-year cycle, and there are a lot of uneasy things.
Do you have any tips or tricks to keep your mind quiet and keep cockroaches even at such times?
I want to live as carefully as possible.

Please give me some advice.

Why don't you try to have your favorite time on a regular basis ~

How to stay in a good mood ~ I wonder if there are people who stay in a good mood the whole time ~ I wonder if there aren't any ~.
Let's have our own feelings!
Don't think too hard! I don't care!... No matter what you say, there are so many things - no matter what kind of person you are.

I think there are many places where people who always look bright and positive can confide in the mess they were born to (*^_^*)
They're being born more and more ~ I have to spit out more and more. It's not about throwing something selfish around you, it's probably about finding a way to exhale comfortably and refreshingly.

There is no one who can put up with it and live without relying on anyone. That's because it just keeps getting tougher. But there are times when I'm unconscious. Balance is important, isn't it?

Now that you know your cycle, why don't you make it a point to have your favorite time on a regular basis? Everyone wants to be their smiling self.

Let's be fashionable and go out to play ~ I wonder if it would be good to go on a trip to the fullest.
Let's make some fun plans* (^o^) /*

I think you know yourself very well

Konao-san.
My name is Tetsuya Urakami from Nagomi-an, thank you for your support.
(Is her actual name “Naoko”?)

What I thought after reading your question is that Konao has a very good grasp of herself.
I usually move forward in a positive way, but I put up with the stress caused by work etc., and run away. It takes a year and a half for it to accumulate at full capacity, and when it overflows, it shows up in physical condition.

If you know that much, you may be able to deal with it. Does it seem difficult to make it flow well before it overflows?

Just the other day, I talked with close people about “the happiness of men and women.” The reason for this story is that there was a documentary film called “Happy to You Who Seek Happiness,” and that topic came up.

So, men set work goals, etc., and push towards them. But it takes an instant to achieve it and feel happy, and then they set a new purpose.

There was an opinion that women feel happier when they are smaller. There was also an opinion that they might feel happier in private rather than at work.

Another thing I thought when writing is that periods of depression are actually important for Konao. When bad things come out, if you force yourself to get cockroaches, nothing may come out.

I'll release your stress as soon as possible. Also, when they come out, don't force them to hold them down. How about dealing with it like this?

When you shoot with a tatenu, you don't hit it, but it doesn't come off

There are many people looking for shiawase, cockroach, and jokigen, but trying to keep the state of shiawase going for a long time is already unnatural and made, and it is not the way humans are originally.
The greatest happiness is a state where people forget that they are ashamed or unhappy.
Just as love is sung only in an age where there is no love, I think you seek cockroaches precisely because you are grumpy or in a bad mood.
However, if the cockroaches are always high and the tension is high, it's boring.
Let's start by pulling back a bit and asking for ❝ calmness ❞❝ warmth ❞❝ smiles ❞.

There is a Zen saying, “When you shoot with an unrivaled bow, it hits but doesn't come off.”
If you don't target cockroaches or shiawase, and don't use a bow and arrow to become a cockroach, you won't hit but you won't lose, but that state of mind will calm you down.
The feeling that there is nothing wrong with this is ❝ it's just now ❞ it's about exploring what kind of state there was no problem even if it wasn't that cockroach.
The ultimate form of Zen is mindlessness “selflessness, selflessness does not mean carapo,” everyday life, plain and simple.
It is only when you settle down to mediocrity that you can serve a full person.
The problem is that you can't settle for mediocrity.
When you settle down to that mediocrity, mediocrity, and mediocrity, the relaxation of ❝ smile ❞ appears.
It may not be the cockroach you mean, but what you call cockroach in Zen is a quiet smile born from a place of peace of mind.

Don't be grumpy rather than looking for cockroaches.
If you're not grumpy, you're not grumpy even if you're not cockroach.
When you get rid of being grumpy, your mind is always calm.
If you have a calm mind, you will naturally not smile.
Where a smile warms up, there is no cockroach.

“Gokigen” (good mood) is a derivative of the Buddhist term “disgust”

Konao-sama

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

Previously, in the question “How to live positively” (http://hasunoha.jp/questions/332), I recommended that you have definite lights (goals, dreams, etc.).

“... it is essential to rely on lights and move forward from now on. Of course, life's path isn't easy either. There will be bumpy roads, sandy roads, gravel roads, slopes, and dangerous rocky roads. There will be rain and snow, and there will also be times when the wind is strong, and there will also be times when the sun is scorching. Even so, it's not completely dark, and I believe that as long as there is a clear light, we can move forward even if we overcome difficulties (self-loathing, feelings of inferiority, guilt, etc.). ・・”

I know that Konao's desire to live this carefully and positively is extremely important and important.

However, I wonder if this is a period of slight stagnation...

The Sun also has an activity cycle (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/太陽活動周期), so it is natural that humans also periodically have periods of stagnation of anxiety and depression.

The question is how to get out of this period of stagnation. There are times when you can't do anything with just your own efforts, but depending on how you feel, you may be able to get out quickly.

Also, since the cause of entering a period of stagnation has been calmly analyzed this time, I think it may be possible to resolve it to some extent.

As others have already answered, I think it would be good to devise various ideas, such as relieving well so as not to accumulate stress, and trying to change your mood with hobbies, leisure, sports, etc.

Actually, “cockroach” is originally derived from the Buddhist term “disgust,” and it is a word meaning to dislike (slander), and it is one of the commandments to be kept in Buddhism that one must strive not to be slandered by the world and not to be disliked. Then, my anger took a turn, and I was in a good mood, and now it is used exclusively as a term to express mood and feeling.

Anyway, I know that if you try to live carefully and carefully without causing arrogance, you will be able to spend your time in cockroaches without being displeased.
