Konao-sama
This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.
Previously, in the question “How to live positively” (http://hasunoha.jp/questions/332), I recommended that you have definite lights (goals, dreams, etc.).
“... it is essential to rely on lights and move forward from now on. Of course, life's path isn't easy either. There will be bumpy roads, sandy roads, gravel roads, slopes, and dangerous rocky roads. There will be rain and snow, and there will also be times when the wind is strong, and there will also be times when the sun is scorching. Even so, it's not completely dark, and I believe that as long as there is a clear light, we can move forward even if we overcome difficulties (self-loathing, feelings of inferiority, guilt, etc.). ・・”
I know that Konao's desire to live this carefully and positively is extremely important and important.
However, I wonder if this is a period of slight stagnation...
The Sun also has an activity cycle (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/太陽活動周期), so it is natural that humans also periodically have periods of stagnation of anxiety and depression.
The question is how to get out of this period of stagnation. There are times when you can't do anything with just your own efforts, but depending on how you feel, you may be able to get out quickly.
Also, since the cause of entering a period of stagnation has been calmly analyzed this time, I think it may be possible to resolve it to some extent.
As others have already answered, I think it would be good to devise various ideas, such as relieving well so as not to accumulate stress, and trying to change your mood with hobbies, leisure, sports, etc.
Actually, “cockroach” is originally derived from the Buddhist term “disgust,” and it is a word meaning to dislike (slander), and it is one of the commandments to be kept in Buddhism that one must strive not to be slandered by the world and not to be disliked. Then, my anger took a turn, and I was in a good mood, and now it is used exclusively as a term to express mood and feeling.
Anyway, I know that if you try to live carefully and carefully without causing arrogance, you will be able to spend your time in cockroaches without being displeased.
