How to relax and rest

How does a monk take a break? Are you taking a day off?
I'm really bad at taking a break.
I can't get rid of my mental fatigue at all, even if I have a holiday.
Mental fatigue just builds up, and it's painful.
I'm sorry for the slightly unrelated question to Buddhism
I wanted to get some advice from a monk, so I asked a question.
Thank you for your support.

monkey mind

Hibikukagayaku, it's been a while.

How are you... no, I couldn't get rid of my mental fatigue, and it was building up. It bothers me a little bit that I get so mentally exhausted when I'm a teenager.
Do you have any concerns or concerns?
Or are you just thinking about a lot and can't rest your mind?

I've heard the term monkey mind before.
Like a monkey jumping from branch to branch, their thoughts are chained one after another and they don't seem to calm down, and in Hibikukagayaku's case, I really feel like this, but what do you think?

It's unavoidable that a lot of thoughts spring up, but why don't you take a step back and look at it by saying, “Oh, so many thoughts have sprung up again.” Since your parents' house is a temple, it might be a good idea to calm your mind in the main hall or in the precincts.

It's not very detailed, but I hope it helps even a little bit.

Nice to meet you, I'm Ohashi Jiho from Donenbo.

When I was a teenager, I did judo from morning until I went to bed. In particular, in a society where seniors and juniors were built, it was a cold life about when teachers and seniors would get angry at them. Life as a kid is the same thing, and I always live a life where my mentor and siblings get angry at me. Thinking about it now, I think it was a huge stress. The two things I enjoyed at that time were eating and sleeping. The stress of being too busy, the stress of fighting fear, and the stress of not knowing what to do
There's a lot of stress. I'm still young, so I recommend the most natural way to rest, abuse your body, eat to your heart's content when you're tired, and go to sleep.
It's an experience story, so it's not really helpful, but it's my resting method to relieve stress.

Synchro Mind

I only try to spend the holidays every day during the New Year in my head, so please refer to the following.
1,2,3,4,5,6...
Every fun or painful thing happened there, and it completely perished there.
That's how things come and go.
People who have few worries have completely ended the events that happened there.
People who get tired easily, and people who have a lot of worries, tend to use past events as information to replay and refrain in their minds forever.
Keeping an event in your mind for a long time even though it's over is called obsession in Buddhism.
Humans waste energy just by putting information around in the brain, and it exhausts the mind and body in the same way as manual labor.
No matter how painful or fun it is, having them replay it in your mind consumes renewable energy and mental power, so you can't rest your mind.
What does it mean to informatize past events and make them stay in the mind for a long time
It's like guests staying for a long time, living quarters without permission.
As the host, this mind and body are exhausted.
The way to quickly get rid of guests and residents who have been staying for a long time is to live a life without attachment.
What is an easy way to get rid of obsessions
It's about synchronizing it with ❝ reality ❞, which is infinitely changing, and we humans won't stop even if we try to stay at it.
Everything is limited to time, time off, and that's all. Nothing never ends.
What we live for is right now, here, right in front of us.
The fact that the mind recalls the past and the future is itself a contradiction.
Your mind doesn't turn to the past or future, and if you sync it with ❝ fact ❞ (this fact) of the limitless transformation right in front of you, you'll just do what you do now, so you won't get tired.
Check to see if your mind isn't moving towards the past or future right now.
So-called rest is also important, but even when you're doing this right now, if you lose your obsession, your brain will naturally change to a lifestyle where you don't get tired.

Mental fatigue within a young age should be overcome, not rest.

 HIBIKUKAGAYAKU
Don't you think overcoming the mental fatigue of students and high school students rather than resting would be very useful in their future lives? Don't you feel like looking at hasunoha's question? The fact that someone older than you has the same problems as yourself... I think so. Don't worries decrease as the amount of experience increases? It might be a simple function. Other people ask, “Worries are more complicated and sensitive.” and. I dare say, “The more experience you have, the more failures you have than successes, the easier it is to find a solution when you run into trouble. So don't worry.” and.
What is mental fatigue for you
① WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
② WHAT HAPPENED?
③ Who's involved?
④ When did it happen?
⑤ Why did it happen?
⑥ How did it come about?
Let's write the cause in a sentence, etc. It definitely didn't happen to me alone (probably). I think mental fatigue can often be recovered by solving problems rather than resting. Surprisingly, I think there are many things that aren't a big deal when written on paper. It may also be resolved in time.
There is a way to relieve my eagle's mental fatigue, and I'm worried because I'm in the other person's position. Then isn't there a possibility that your partner is also killing time with the same worries? I began to think, and at the end I would try to do something more meaningful than spend my time on this kind of thing. I help out at home, review my studies, watch accumulated recordings, and try to keep up with topics with my friends. Read fashion magazines, learn writing skills, and research how to benefit women. This is what I used to do when I was young. I think about trying to improve myself and improve my surroundings. That makes me want to be kind to people. If you do that, it won't work very well, you won't be appreciated, but it won't stop. Before I knew it, I became an adult and became a monk. So what about eagles now? As a result, I fell in love with this word. “There are no good things (no good things)” means “it's better not to do it so much that you only feel good about yourself.” I won't explain this in detail, so please think of it as the same meaning as “let's wait.”
