What should I do to not get depressed every month?

It's been three years since I got married and wanted children.
I had a miscarriage once and haven't had children since then.

The kid picks mom and dad from the sky and comes down

After I heard that,
It makes me think about whether I'm not that attractive, what is inferior to others, and why they can't be chosen.

Also, when I saw people walking with children, I became very envious, and when I heard about my friend's pregnancy, I couldn't honestly congratulate them, wondering why they didn't get pregnant.
I'm very impatient when I see a friend who got married later than me but had children earlier.

I'm depressed every time my menstruation comes every month,
I'm not spending my time peacefully.

What kind of mentality do you have
Don't envy people
Can you hold back your mind that it's a gift?

There are also things I don't think about.

My family also suffered from infertility for about 10 years.

I was also examined at a hospital, and I was diagnosed that my sperm survival rate was extremely poor, and even though I gave up halfway, I was depressed every time my wife had her period.

I was given up as soon as I gave up on having children because I wanted to enjoy the lives of the two of them.

Have you lost strength in your shoulders?

I almost wondered what it was that I had been working so hard for so many years.

It might be something like that.

I'm sure it will be fine.

Why don't you relax your shoulders and enjoy time for the two of you?

I'm also 31 years old and my wife is one year older, and I don't have any children yet.

I really understand the feeling of being impatient.
Also, when people around me give birth or have children, I feel like I've been left behind due to anxiety.

We hope we want it too, but maybe it just isn't that time yet.

Above all else, whatever you can do now is good, so please cherish every day with a goal.
Good timing will surely come again.

Also, I don't think about myself compared to others.
It's difficult, but be yourself in a position to congratulate others on giving birth. It's a matter of heart in the offering.

My time with my husband is precious, and so are each other's parents. That means your ancestors are important too.

I pray that every day will be a good day.

I think that's fine for now.

Nice to meet you, Nobinonchi-sama
I'll tell you what I feel

I think there are many people who feel the same way now
They are also coming to my place for advice

I'm telling you that it's okay to feel like that now
But please do something else fun or something you like
Wouldn't it be important to look at others in that way
It would be nice if it could be done someday
If I wait with that feeling, I might be able to do it someday

I have one more thing to tell you
Do you really want children from the bottom of your heart
Why do you want kids
Does your partner's husband want that too
Please think about it once again
There are times when there is something that is going on

Please use it as a reference

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is a humble answer to the question.

First of all, it is important to keep each other's mental and physical health in good condition without being impatient.

Please take care of each other and have a really friendly time.

Within that, if the relationship you receive is in good condition, you will be able to be blessed with children.

Now, in Buddhism, there is the word “suiki-ki.” It's about rejoicing and blessing the joys of others and the good deeds of others as if they were your own.

It is said that merit due to joy is about the same as doing that joy and good deeds oneself.

Simply put, blessings that you sincerely rejoice with are also your own happiness.

Please honestly rejoice in people's joys, celebrations, and good deeds.

Conversely, jealousy and envy, which are worries, will still keep happiness away, so you have to be careful.

If it's something you can receive, it's wise to have a spirit of receiving anything (I'm one of the Kansai people who are said to be bitter...), and to fully receive the blessings due to suikiyoshi.

I sincerely pray for your pregnancy.
