My mind is dangerous, please help

It's hard to go to work. My relationships are bad, and I'm in hell. Even though I was taking tranquilizers, my physical condition didn't improve, and I do my best every day while imagining the faces of my family! Bosses don't seem like bosses, they only rely on their subordinates, and if they fail, their subordinates are to blame. I want to quit, but I have a family and I can't. I would like some advice or words.

If you're crushed, everything will be over.

To Haruka

Haruka-san, if you're crushed, everything will be over.
Continuing to work is also for my family,
It's also for my family that “relationships are bad, I'm in hell” “my boss isn't like my boss, I just rely on my subordinates, and if I fail, my subordinates are to blame.”
As I've said many times, Haruka-san, everything will end when you're crushed.

Let's turn a dangerous situation into an opportunity to turn ourselves around

Arrange with reformers who improve the nurturing nature of that workplace.
First, let's stop taking drugs.
This is an opportunity.
All around you are waiting for your prominence.
There have always been times, but just because you're in a superior position doesn't necessarily mean you're good.
In the Warring States period, those who have abilities stand on top.
You have that power in the workplace.
Forget your position and get to work.
Please also take a top approach.
The people needed by the company are people who can make the most of the company rather than Gutara incompetent employees.
Stop asking others for your rules.
Don't have strong desires of your own and apply them to the workplace.
People have nothing to do with their own ideals.
Don't expect high humanity from your partner.
Right now, that's the truth.
If that is true, a comprehensive judgment should be made within that truth.
If your overall judgment is correct, you will definitely be able to take it in a good direction.
In order to lose that comprehensive judgment, let's stop taking medication first.
It doesn't have to be you.
At first, you can do it one day at a time.
Let's get excited to “drink and get enough” and live a drug-free lifestyle.
That way, you'll be able to have confidence in yourself, and your overall judgment will also increase.

Why don't you think of it as self-employed

I have excessive expectations for relationships between supervisors and subordinates, and I have an obsession that “bosses should be like this,” so it's painful if that isn't true.
Why don't you start working as if you were a business owner?
Also, even office workers are self-employed people who sell their labor power to companies.
The boss at the company is a selfish customer who buys your labor.
Why don't you imagine your way of thinking about work more proactively, going wild in a given stage, and doing whatever you want.
Let's try to reverse the idea that you're going to relieve stress at work and not have to anger your family by being able to make a fool of your boss while working!
Starting tomorrow, let's get rid of stress at work, and only at work.
Then, with a view to the overall performance of the company, let's work from the perspective of a self-employed person and looking at society beyond the boss.
Also, in Buddhism, anger is thought to be the cause of worry and suffering.
I am the one who suffers from feelings of anger, even when the other person is at fault. Try to think in a way that doesn't involve getting angry.
