Do you really believe it?

Even in Buddhism, there are different denominations
There are people who are regarded as founders,
Do monks believe them?

If you chant sutras and have faith
Do you really believe that will be true?

Expectations? Convinced?

[I wonder if it's true, don't hesitate to listen to the truths that are discarded, the law of superworldly rarity, and think about it]
For example, Shinran, a member of the Jodo Shinshu sect, said this in his main book “The Revealed Jodo True Religion Documents” and “General Order.”

“Listen and don't be late” does not mean that you should just shut up and do as you're told. He admonishes me that it is no good to learn without the process of properly applying what you have been taught to yourself, carefully examining it, and that it is no good to simply take what you have been taught and that it is no good to simply believe what you have been taught. To put it bluntly, I think this means “don't doubt it” in a sense.

Do you really believe in your “?” I think this simple question is quite natural. There is a clear difference between “believing,” which is simply assuming that, and “believing,” which is backed up by the conviction that there is no doubt about this.

Well, what about Tenrakuin Temple (laughs)

<Additional Notes>
“I want to be a Buddhist”
This is the “beginning” and “everything” of the Buddhist faith.
Please start living today with the Buddha, the Buddha's teachings, and friends who learn and practice the Buddha's teachings as your base.

I hope so.

Rather than whether you believe in your ancestors, I took it as if you believed what your ancestors preached (law). Buddhism values the Dharma, as you can see from the fact that when Buddha died, he left behind the teachings of Jitomyo, Dharma (use yourself as a specter and dharma). The law is not the law, but the Buddhism that comes above it. The word Buddhism is also a translation created in the Meiji period in opposition to Christianity, and before that, it was called Buddhism. Until the Heian period, Buddhism had only the Nanto six sects and Tendai/Shingon, but in the Kamakura period, when Honen Shonin came out of the Tendai sect and opened the Jodo sect (since Tendai Shomon Genku is signed in the “Shichigajo Inauguration Letter,” the person himself had no intention of founding a sect, and he was aware that he was a Tendai monk.) Kamakura New Buddhism is being formed one after another. However, the Kamakura New Buddhism theory is already old, and what is historically mainstream now is the power system theory. After all, the argument is that Tendai and Shingon continued to have power, and Kamakura New Buddhism existed in that gap. The Kamakura New Buddhism theory was started by a Shinshu professor (name forgotten) who served as the first head of the Department of Indian Philosophy at the University of Tokyo, so it's a historical view that placed a specific emphasis on Kamakura New Buddhism. Going back to the beginning, I want to be like Honen Shonin, the founder, and I'm learning that law. Also, I have faith in Ichijo, the founder of our family and former founder. We used to be a member of the Ikkō branch of the Ji sect. Like Ippen Shonin and Nichiren Shonin, Ichijo is a monk who was active in the late Kamakura period during the third Kamakura period. I still don't really understand the law that was explained, but it is generally believed that it was in line with the Chinzei-ryu Yoshitadayoshi of Honen Shonin, Seimitsu Shonin, and Yoshitada Shonin. It is important not only to follow the ancestors, but also to follow that trend, and the dynamism of sects is born as that trend spreads. That's why I like the Jodo Shinshu sect, Nishiyama Jodo sect, and the Ji sect. I think each one has its own flavor. However, as my own faith, I think every day I go directly to the words of Honen Shonin and learn how Ichijo lived. This is my opinion, but did you get the answer?

Yes. believing

Yes. I believe it (^^)

My Buddhism is to recite sutras, learn what I can do day by day in my daily life, and put them into practice while worrying. And Buddhism is really deep and interesting! I feel it. Gassho

Faith is at a loss.

There are times when you can believe it, and there are times when you can't believe it at all.
I appreciate it if things are going well!
Conversely, if things don't go well, are there gods and Buddhas!
Humans are selfish, led by foolishness.
Complaints come one after another about how painful it is.
It's a pathetic story.
On the contrary, I suddenly think,
What is not convenient or unlucky for me
I wonder what it is??
Why did you teach me this foolish powerlessness
I wonder if it wasn't there.
I worry and suffer because it's painful.
Struggle, struggle, and find a new path there.
It gave me the real thrill of that.
Yes, it's also a good match.
Whether you're lucky or bad,
Whether it works or not,
I'm thankful to be alive this way.
Believe it already, believe it, and try not to say nothing but thank you,
I have made up my mind,
Just how good is that? I'm complaining.
I think Shinto and Buddha can see this kind of complacency.
You can cry when you complain.
Shinto and Buddha are watching over you warmly.
