Buddhism is a teaching to think deeply about “old age illness and death.”
Why do we get sick, why do we have to have such a hard time...
Everyone thinks about it when they get sick.
Now, on a different note, have you ever thought about how much your internal organs work every day?
My heart is beating every day without resting at all. My stomach is trying my best to improve absorption even a little bit.
The intestines are also working hard to deliver lots of nutrients.
Every internal organ of the counselor is working desperately to keep the counselor alive.
However, there are times when conditions are bad, such as when a car engine breaks down.
Also, it's because of someone I'm trying to keep alive (binge drinking, eating, stress)
It can also hurt.
Illness is not a disaster that comes from outside.
It's a part of me, just like my own internal organs.
If you are consulting on this site, I think they are also interested in Buddhism.
There is also a teaching that “it's great to be interested in Buddhism due to illness.”
How about using this disease as an opportunity to learn about the “way to deal with illness” in Buddhism.
I'm sure it will come in handy for the rest of my life!!
