I'm afraid of hell and death again

Hello. Last time, too, I had a discussion about being afraid of hell. Well, after the last time, I was relieved for a while, thinking that I had no choice but to do Nanmu Amida Buddha of the Jodo Shinshu sect and go to the Pure Land of Paradise. However, there is no doubt about the tip of his hair, and Shinran said that the only thing he did was to reflect on these things and not let them do it again, but even so, I'm uneasy. Furthermore, since they have committed murder, robbery, and prostitution (there is no history of rape, etc.), even if it's murder alone, 1 trillion years go to hell, etc... could you please tell me how to believe in Amitabha Buddha? It is said that they believe in other powers, etc., but even so, I think there are still doubts left for me. Can even an ordinary man who is so troubled receive salvation from Namu Amida Buddha? Or are there other ways to be saved from suffering? We look forward to hearing from you.

Don't lick Nembutsu

You're praising Nembutsu, aren't you?
If so, that's enough.

If it's something that changes your destination depending on the severity of your devotion or level of understanding, then nembutsu isn't revolutionary or anything, and it's not worth anything.

You can walk at your own pace. However, don't worry, it's completely different from your circumstances and feelings, and other powers are at work.

So please don't worry and be anxious (laughs)

<Additional Notes>
“But after all, what is uneasy is anxiety (laughs)”
Well, that's right (laughs)
However, it would be impossible to completely dispel anxiety about death. Therefore, instead of trying to somehow eliminate anxiety about death, Buddhism teaches that anxiety can be cultivated. It doesn't stand tall on the surface; it grows strong roots there, and it's a tree (tree) like a big tree.
I wonder if it's a bit difficult

Efforts to increase good deeds and accumulate merits

Bonds-sama

Well, I just forgot, and in fact, I think I've been to hell tens of thousands of times in my reincarnation so far, so there's no need to be scared now (laughs)

However, now, I am blessed with a state (free time) where I can encounter and practice Buddhism, which is a teaching to surpass not only hell but also the Rikudo Reincarnation. How wonderful and thankful is that...

As I mentioned last time... what we can't do is keep accumulating 100% good karma, etc.

Well, since we can't keep accumulating 100% good karma in the first place, we've been wandering around reincarnation for a long time...

Roughly speaking, when it comes to our behavior, if 70% of our actions are neutral, we feel that we are doing good deeds and bad deeds among the remaining 30%.

Of that 30%, will good deeds be 20% and bad deeds about 80%?

Well, it's normal to feel that way due to ignorance (fundamental ignorance) and worry.

However, at this rate, of course, the business will not get better.

If we are to improve our work, we are required to at least gradually increase the ratio of good deeds from 51% of good deeds and 49% of bad deeds.

Also, since there are business debts and debts from past lives up to that point, it is necessary to do good enough to be able to return them as well.

It is very impossible to completely reduce bad behavior to zero, even considering human (sentient beings) sexuality.

Instead of suddenly aiming for such a thing, it would be nice if we could increase the proportion of good deeds we can do.

There are many ways in Buddhism to increase good deeds and gain merit.

In Mahayana Buddhism, it is the Six Haramitsu.

I hope you will make an effort to practice.

Let's stop using the expression “believe” for a moment

Hello.
It's really nice to have a relationship with Nembutsu.

As you have asked, the core issue of the Jodo Shinshu religion tends to be incomprehensible the more words you use.

So I'll just briefly state one point.

Let's stop using the expression “believe” for a moment.
I recommend that you express your belief.

When I “believe,” I “believe.”
Thanks to Amitaba-sama, it makes me believe.

The origin of “faith” is different.
After that, just listen.

It's up to you.

I answered your previous question, but first of all, what kind of state your mind is in now that you are alive.
It's not about going to heaven, paradise, or hell after death; now matters. Your current thoughts are creating the future, so if you think you're going to hell, that will happen, and at the same time, if your current way of life is negative, the results will be the same, and that wouldn't be the case otherwise.
You're free to believe whatever you want, but there's no point in making yourself uneasy.
