The number of things required at work is increasing steadily, and it's tough.

There is little time to be given for the amount of work that must be done and the quality required, and it is painful.
I lose more and more confidence in myself in every day when there are lots of reprimands and dislikes.
Am I to blame?

Let's start with what we can do

Good morning, Yuki.
The laws of heaven, earth, and the universe don't give you what you can't do.
I'm posting stories from my school days for women who have problems like you.
Please use it as a reference if you like.

You can't read two books at the same time

That was very difficult (^<^) I don't think anyone is at fault. It's important to get specific about things. How can we stay safe even when scolded in the future, and how can we become the person needed by the company?
I'm always interested in the staff who explain at the sales site of mobile phones, smartphones, and PCs.
The new models that are updated every day, how to use them, how to use them, and the staff who can respond accurately in case of trouble are geniuses.
I've been talking to a clerk for a long time every time and I've noticed something.
That person had one of the best dishes they finally recommended.
Also, they were good at talking skills to get them to buy it.
As a customer, I was able to simply explain the cheapness, performance, and differences I was looking for.
From the collected data, I had a proper recommendation, and compared to that, I was able to properly explain the merits and demerits of other things.
Also, when it comes to things I didn't understand, I left it to another staff member, and they raised sales only within my own specialty. (It's a store I often go to, so I understand)
It's also important for you to remember a lot of work extensively, but if you change your perspective and think mainly about improving your grades, doing things that are positive for the company, and doing things that are helpful to your boss rather than putting your head on things that are superficially scolded, or that are difficult, you will eventually be able to survive like him I think so.
The human resources that the company is looking for are important, but it is also important to be the human resources that customers are looking for.
If you have any concerns, I think I can give you specific advice if you are more specific, so I'm looking forward to hearing more specific questions.

Emergency Evacuation Sites

Yuki-chan
Nice to meet you, my name is Tetsuya Urakami from Nagomi-an.

I was reading the question text, and I felt that maybe there were aspects similar to mine.
My role has increased steadily so far, and since I have a personality where I can't do anything halfway, I'm always being aggressive. It feels like while completing 2 tasks, 3 more.

But in my case, it's a path I like and walk, so I'm determined to go as far as I can.

What about Yuki's case?
It is said that they are having a hard time, and they are losing confidence.
Isn't that your favorite path?
Or have they exceeded their capacity even if it's their favorite path?

In today's Japanese society, there are many things that are required and few things are returned.
Let's go as far as we can go together, Yuki.
But please prepare an emergency shelter for the mind as well.

This is Kawaguchi Hidetoshi. This is my humble answer to the question.

It looks like they've lost confidence in their work a little bit and are falling into self-loathing...

Previously, I mentioned “setting priorities and gradually increasing the number of things you can do and move forward from what you can do one by one” in the question where you have anxiety about work as shown below.

Question “I'm worried about what I can do about the job. I'm worried that something isn't being said”
http://blog.livedoor.jp/hasunoha_kawaguchi/archives/1003004269.html

Naturally, what humans can do is limited. It's impossible to do everything at anything. So, obviously, if the amount and quality of the time given in my current job is too small to process, I think it will be necessary to work on improvements with an awareness of prioritization and efficiency improvement.

Also, it may be necessary to make proposals and appeals to the workplace aimed at improving the environment.

By all means, I think it would be nice if you could work on discussing and exchanging opinions about shifts and quota reviews within the department with your colleagues and superiors in order to improve. If there is a labor union, I think it would be a good idea to consult with them as well.

Also, if the degree of reprimand or dislike is clearly excessive, there is also a risk of “power harassment.”

Until now, we have dealt with power harassment in the following questions.

Occasionally, it may be necessary to work to improve the environment as much as possible by requesting a change of department, personnel change of assignment, change of manager, etc.

Anyway, if it's too bad for me, don't push yourself into it, and if it becomes difficult to consult within the company, I also recommend that you consult at the General Labor Consultation Center or the Gender Equality Center under the jurisdiction of the Labor Standards Inspection Office.
