What is enlightenment?

Please tell me about enlightenment.

Is training your mind enlightenment?
Is it about making the mind grow?
Is it about accepting what happens to you and acting on it?
Is it about self-controlling so that you don't understand the various emotions that spring up in your heart?
What does that mean?

I did a lot of research myself, but the more I looked it up, the deeper I felt, and I didn't really understand it.

I think it's difficult to tell them in one word in an easy-to-understand manner, but please let me know.

Also, I would like you to tell me if there are any training methods.

Thank you for your support.

The goal of Buddhism is “enlightenment”

Thank you Kaisin for your question.
This question is often asked by monks.
There are many answers, but I believe that the accumulation of daily “awareness” is the path to “enlightenment.”
Since Buddhism is a “teaching to become a Buddha,” there is a world where you are “made aware” and “awakened” through your daily life. I think that “awareness” will accumulate and become “wisdom” and lead to “enlightenment,” which is “completion of wisdom.”
Let's walk towards “perfection of wisdom” together. That is Buddhism.

The first thing to do is to solve your own problems

Worship

How many people in the past
they probably also greedily sought enlightenment

What is enlightenment you want but can't get
I wonder what it is
It's also romantic for Buddhists ^_^

Roughly as you stated
What is seeking the accumulation of unrelenting awareness
rightly

Of course it's my surroundings and the inside of my head
You must always keep it clean

One thing bothered me

Mental growth is a delusion
The mind is just memory, experience, sensation, intuition, anxiety, complacency, five senses, instincts, people, nature, etc.
It just exists in every relationship

For example, you just received an explanation about this from me
even if you know
That doesn't mean I knew the heart in the true sense of the word

that
I just know it as knowledge
Take time to have deep thought and experience
and scientifically
It's different from knowing the true relationship, including places you can't put into words

At the same time, why did I explain this way of explaining things that were lacking or differences in interpretation
I was also able to understand the thought process leading up to that state of mind
This is the next step

It's a bit confusing

What is an even higher level
While knowing all of them
You can feel everything

If you get this far, you can see that the level of consciousness is also different

In words, it's simple

It's not a level you can reach with logic alone, is it

If you say it strongly
Get away from me
It has become one with everything
What does it indicate a high level of consciousness itself
I think

Every problem is all my own
Therefore
The minimum requirement is that the problem is no longer a problem
It's a trouble-free state

However, it is a momentary flash in normal people, and there is no doubt that the next moment they will return to their cloudy eyes trapped by their original self

before and after that, of course
It's been updated
Well, those are humans after all

Okay
If there are people who have enlightened
That's what Buddha is
Even so, after all, Buddha was also a person
That's why mercy to show the path to enlightenment was cherished

So, it's not essential to be enlightened
For us

I'm devoting myself to freeing myself from worries without thinking about unnecessary things

The path to enlightenment is Buddhism

I read it.

It's about accepting all the truth as it is understood. And it's about putting an end to all hesitation. It's about being free from all suffering and being at ease. And it's about saving so many sentient beings.

I'm unaware, so I haven't reached that point, but I would like to take everything from now on to believe in the Buddha and work hard on the Buddha's path every day.

In Buddhism, there are 84,000 ascetic paths, all of which are paths to attaining enlightenment, or attaining Buddhism. I'm sure there's an ascetic path that suits you. Please choose your own path of enlightenment that suits you and work hard.

I support you from the bottom of my heart.

Elder Sumanasara's

If you search for sermons on YouTube, I think you'll also find many things about enlightenment.
It is also properly explained in Fujimoto Akira's “4 Stages of Enlightenment” (sanga).
One word,
Doing something to train and grow the mind is not enlightenment, but a path and ascetic practice leading to enlightenment. Enlightenment itself is a state reached as a result of such a path and ascetic practice.
The correct training method = ascetic method to reach enlightenment is Vipassana (observation) meditation.
This is an Elder Sumanasara book out. I think there's YouTube too. Please search for it, watch it, read it, and try it by imitating it.

About enlightenment

Kaisin-sama

“Enlightenment” means understanding the truth, which means understanding “emptiness” in real terms.

Also, having reached enlightenment means that the two sustenance of “wisdom and good fortune” (the specific content is six haramitsu), which are conditions for enlightenment, has been successfully piled up, and it also means that they have become fully equipped with the “body and color,” which is the body of Buddha and Nyorai.

“Bodhi Heart” is the cause, “wisdom and good fortune” are the conditions, and the result is “enlightenment.”

I've talked a little bit about this in this Obon puja, so please refer to it.

Also, please refer to the figure below for a contrast between ordinary people and Arakhan regarding the way Buddha and Nyorai have reached enlightenment.
