I hit the cat and killed it

I was bitten by my pet cat, so I hit him several times, and when I took my eyes off him, he felt limp and just died.
I didn't mean to kill him.
I wish I had died in his place. I can't stop crying.
I'm not worth living. I can't eat, and I don't get much sleep. Even so, it makes me want to keep a cat again to fill the pain.
I think it's really selfish.
I didn't have a family, so I took good care of them by giving them snacks every day.
I killed him with my own hands.
I wish I could suffer all the time.

Choose what to do after feeling guilty

Hello.

Even if you say “I didn't mean to kill you,” it's quite an act to “hit” them so much that they “passed away.”

If you can't save your own behavior, you should stop making living creatures your family. “I want to have a cat again” is, as you have noticed for yourself, “really selfish,” and it despises the lives of living creatures. This would be a big deal if it were a human being. No, cats and humans have the same life, so the only difference is that they are not judged in the same way as humans.

There are many complaints about suffering from guilt due to this Hasunoha.

Buddhism is not a teaching to lose that sense of guilt, and I don't think it's a place called hasunoha, nor a place where answering monks will forgive or not forgive their sins.

Monks recommend living based on Buddhism about how to live with that sin. Also, people who receive this live based on Buddhism, and it is constructive that the question of what Buddhism specifically is progresses to the next stage.

So let's ask you first.

In a state of being tormented by a sense of guilt that “I should suffer all the time,” would you like to walk in the direction of listening to Buddhist teachings on how to resolve this suffering? Or don't you want to? First, let me listen to it from there.

Also, if you want to listen to it, touch on the teachings of a sect you are related to (it can be a temple you have a relationship with or a YouTube puja) or touch an introductory book on Buddhism. Do that first, then ask the next question.

Let's sincerely apologize to that child

I read it.
I'm not sure how they hit that child under what circumstances, but it's probably true that that child passed away.
I think that you are feeling deeply guilty, and that you have grief and regret. I really understand how you feel.

I sincerely pray that the child will be at peace. Shishin Gassho Nanmu Amida Buddha Namu Amidabutsu

That child is always guided by the Buddha and many Bodhisattvas, and is gently welcomed by your ancestors, and saved from all pain and suffering. You will feel at ease and calm under the Buddha, and you will attain Buddhism with a clear heart together with those who have gone earlier.
And that child will continue to watch over you peacefully from now on.

It must have been really irreplaceable that you were able to meet that child, and the time we lived together must have been a really precious time.

Please sincerely tell the Buddha and his child what you have done, sincerely repent, and sincerely apologize with all your heart.

If possible, try to remember and apologize every day or in between.

The Buddha and his child will always kindly accept your thoughts. And they will gently snuggle up to you and comfort you.

We are all foolish people who make mistakes and mistakes. The Buddha always guides and saves us in such a way.

Please sincerely repent and apologize for the sins you have committed in your future life, and please sincerely swear to the Buddha and his child that you will not commit such mistakes or mistakes in the future, or swear to yourself.

I sincerely pray that you will continue to cherish your relationship with that child from now on, and that child will walk through your life in good health and peace while trying not to commit mistakes or crimes.

One day, when you reach the end of your life, the Buddha will always guide you, and that child will gently welcome your ancestors along with you. And they'll both rejoice under the Buddha. Please continue to pray to the Buddha and his child.

Don't run away from reality and learn.

Good evening.

No matter how hard life you live
No matter what kind of pain it is
Remain emotional
It's not a good reason to use violence against living things.

“I didn't mean to kill you”
It is a phrase often said by perpetrators who have committed murder.

even if you don't mean
In fact, they have been killed.

Even if it's not handled by law
This crime is serious.

If you really sincerely reflect
It's about learning.

“I wish I could suffer all the time”
With this emotion
Can a murdered child be saved?
I'm just a narcissist.

Are you
Whether it's Buddhism or psychology
Learn the mind by dying anyway
Why can't I control my emotions
Have a firm grasp
Understand
Never hurt a living thing with emotion again
While carrying that crime
This time it's useful for people and animals
Please be human.

Born and raised
Don't blame the environment.
The amount of suffering
Use it as food to be useful to humans and animals.

Change your mind
I'm desperate to learn.

and
As long as we don't change our minds
You must not live with living creatures.
Trying to be healed by animals
It's still early.

Enter the joy of suffering and don't run away from there
While colliding with reality
Desperately learning
Please do your best to help.
