What is salvation in Mahayana Buddhism

Please tell me about salvation in Mahayana Buddhism.

I learned that Mahayana Buddhism teaches that even if you are not a monk, you can be saved.
So what is salvation in Mahayana Buddhism?
I don't think I can get rid of my worries without becoming a monk.
Humans always want something, feel dissatisfied with their work, and have some kind of worries, don't they?

Can we realize it even if we are worried?
Doesn't enlightenment in Mahayana Buddhism mean getting rid of worries?

There are also various types of Mahajhaya.

Good evening. First of all, I think the fact that they are interested in Buddhism itself is a thankful relationship. There are various monks here, and I am aware that the way of thinking and practice is Mahayana Buddhism to somehow live in this world with even a little ease “even if you are not a monk = even if you have worries.”
After all (at the end of the day), I now think it's “what kind of narrative you live with.”
Narrative is similar to narration, and it's about telling your own life story with what kind of narration and script. What part of the various things that happen every day is closely watched and spun as a consistent story? Even though the news footage remains the same, the narration is edited and narrated. In order to search for what to do with “my life in short,” I learn the teachings of my ancestors, test what seems good for myself, and flesh out the teachings I have been given. Narrative and real life are things that pull each other together and become rich together.
In other words, whether “there is trouble” itself is left as it is, and those meanings are assigned depending on what kind of narrative is adopted. By riding that narrative, they tune up their own actions. I think that behavior change will lead to “salvation.”
What I mean by meaning is whether “work is hard” ① is it going to be a story about my boss being mean and I'm not blessed, or ② thinking that it will tell me my current shortcomings, and ask them honestly for a moment.
A typical narrative that a boy has is something like “When I finish this world, I'll go to paradise,” but once I put that narrative aside and look at life, I can really understand things. When you do things that lead to that goal, you feel easier. Trust in narratives increases more and more in this cycle. That is the “fleshing” I mentioned earlier.
So, what I think of as “Mahayana salvation” means living with a narrative that has a proven track record in history.

Quietly look at the relationship between this self and inner feelings and determine the essence.

Even if you don't become a monk, you can reach the point where you can refute even the top ten disciples like Ima Koji.

What is more important than taking the form of becoming a monk is creating a situation called being a monk, isn't it? Even if modern monks take the form of becoming a monk, if the monks who are criticized aren't in a situation or state of becoming a monk, that can't be said to be a monk or secession.
This is also said in Christianity.
Rather than becoming a believer in form, it's just form if the way of life doesn't become correct.
Even in Japan, it is said that only wedding vows are performed in the Christian style, but until then, there was no faith or anything, nor did they study Christianity separately after that.

Where and who can read the categories of Mahayana Buddhism and Theravada Buddhism say Mahayana is good. What is important is that there is no division or disparity called Mahayana, so let's just say ❝ purification ❞ Buddhism. I think it is important to pursue whether it is orthodox Buddhism, which is a teaching with content that properly saves people.
In modern terms, distress is a mentality where you suffer yourself and others suffer. Ego and the way you look at things centered on yourself can also be said to be distressing. Just like the characters read, the negative mentality of being bothered and worried can also be called distress.
Rather than counting the existence of 108 as a number, psychology means that any mentality is one thought, one heart, so if the thoughts that appear at that time are completely harmless to humans and animals, then it probably cannot be called affliction.
If we carefully observe every thought that occurs in our minds, there is no label that it is an affliction or a distraction at the time that those thoughts occur.
First, it pops up.
It's a pure psychological effect.
Even if it's a dream you see when you're sleeping, there's no one to judge it.
Therefore, if you want to completely destroy your worries, it can be said that the shortest way is to do zazen meditation, look at your heart, put yourself in the place before your ego, ego, and consciousness rise, carefully assess your inner thoughts themselves, and let them not affect your self mind.
This is just a metaphor, but if we compare humans to smartphones, we have an unaware application called “ourselves” before we know it. Also, I live my life based on my own convenience. Zazen meditation is a way to look at your original self before that “self” consciousness.

Control the causes of worries and suffering

Anger is the cause of worry and suffering, and if you can understand the truth and get rid of your worries, your worries and suffering will disappear, and if you can control your worries even without understanding, you can control your worries and suffering.
In Mahayana Buddhism, many methods for controlling worries in everyday life have been developed, with enlightenment being destroyed by leaving them until attaining Buddhism in the distant future.
For example, worry and suffering increase due to arrogance (worry about one's own worth, the anguish of pride).
If I say Nanmu Amida Buddha and Nembutsu, I can enjoy the past in paradise; if I sing the Namu Myōhō Renge Kyo, I can attain Buddhism someday; if I think that I am full of worries also have Buddhism (ability to attain Buddhism), etc., my worries due to pride will be suspended (or mitigated), and my worries, suffering, and stress can be reduced during that time.
The anguish of anger and hatred also leads to stress, but if all enemies, allies, good people, and bad people are all sent to pass away in the Pure Land of Paradise, if you are aware of the Buddha's compassionate perspective, the worry of anger and hate will pause (or ease) during the time that consciousness is activated.
Since color is empty, all supplies are unworthy of obsession; if you focus your attention on the spells of the Heart Sutra with gyatagya, the worry of greed will pause during that time, and the stress associated with greed will be relieved.
In this way, stress due to worry can be reduced during the time when memorizing the teachings of the Mahayana Sutra, so even without studying all the teachings in detail, I think it was possible to give many people salvation (making them aware of equality in an age where there is no concept of basic human rights, etc.) by cutting out parts and making them easy to put into practice even for lay believers.
