How to deal with delusions

I can't stop my bad delusions.
For example, I think that just reading letters makes you crazy, and that when you take in information, substances that are not good for brain function are produced and accumulated until death
Should all delusions be denied until there is no scientific basis?
It bothers me that even if I know that there is no basis, I think it exists just because it hasn't been discovered.

Don't be delusional.

Nice to meet you. My name is Hirofumi (Kobun).

I think it's pretty much a delusion.

“Should all delusions be denied until there is no scientific basis?”

It's not that there's no scientific basis
The scientific basis is unclear,
I think it's accurate.

Precisely because it's not clear
It's delusional, so that's not a bad thing, is it?

rather,
What is this really like?
Is this delusion correct?
I want to make it clear, but how should I look it up to do that,
That's right, let's check it out with that,
Oh, but this is how to check
I wonder if it's really certain, etc

The reason I can't stop being delusional is because it's fun, isn't it?

So if the word “delusion” makes a bad impression, it's not called a delusion,
How about calling it “intellectual curiosity.”

Once upon a time, it seems that there was a famous Zen monk who said “don't be delusional (don't be delusional)” and spent his whole life saying only those words no matter what people asked him,
That's not saying don't be delusional

look it up,
Check it out,
I think I wanted to say that.

But where is it,
The story didn't end there.

I mean look it up, check it out,
Being told that
The problem is that people tend to say “that's right,” aren't they?
I know that much
But as I said,
I'm sure that suggests it's dangerous.

More than the one whose delusions can't be stopped
Rather, the one that returns “that's right” no matter what is said is better
it's really dangerous.

That famous Zen monk wanted to say that
Even so, no matter how you say it, they just return “that's right,” and they won't understand

So no matter what I dare ask, it's “paranoid!” I think that stuck the nail in the nail.
In short, you're saying it's ironic.

So please be very delusional.

I would appreciate it if you could use it as a reference.

Keep your thoughts in moderation (rumination)

There are times when the answer isn't much different whether you think about it for 10 minutes or 10 hours in the same information.
Due to such reckless thoughts (rumination), time and energy are consumed, and in some cases, it may even cause brain and nerve disorders.
In such a case, it may be better not to think about it (stop being delusional) until new information comes in.
Also, if possible, it would be interesting to take action to obtain new information.
So, let's keep our thoughts in moderation so that it doesn't become a heavy rotation of delusions that makes your mind and body sick.
Also, if you try Vipassana meditation or mindfulness, it may be easier to notice delusional thoughts.

Delusions are illusions

I read it.
I think it's getting tough because you've been caught up in various delusions. I don't know the details of you or your delusions, but I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
Delusions are illusions that come to mind and then disappear; they have no reality at all, and they don't accumulate. I'm just being caught up in selfishness. They are suffering because they willingly get caught on their own.
In reality, facts and truths can be clearly understood later.
So let go of our fantasies.
I pray that you will be able to live peacefully every day without being caught up in various delusions.

Rather than trying to do anything about your delusion, try sharing it with someone else.

If you're just being delusional, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. That's because there are times when anxiety is inflated from information that everyone has obtained. You may also be sensitive to things that aren't happening in reality.

However, if that has affected your life, it's troubling, isn't it?

It's a coping method, but it would be difficult to stop thoughts and feelings that naturally spring up this way. You really can't control it yourself, do you?

So, when your delusions grow and it's tough, always connect with Hasunoha. Your anxiety, fear, and suffering may also be relieved by having someone to listen to you.
There are many monks in Hasunoha, so not only one person listens. I also get responses from various angles. So, someone will face you properly, and your words will come back to you.

Rather than trying to do anything about your delusion, try sharing it with someone else. With that being said, you should take it as a way of thinking and feeling. There isn't just one right answer in the world, and there's no need to be swayed by it. While having my own fantasies, I also listen to someone else's story. Through such communication, let's find the ease of living without being held captive.
