Life was too hard mode

I read it.
You've already exhausted yourself and reached your limit right now, haven't you? I think you're already exhausted, both mentally and physically. I don't know the details about you, but I really understand your painful feelings.
You already want to die, don't you? You're exhausted from living and want to die even more, right?
I don't know what kind of situation you are in right now, but I think you've reached your limit.
First, if possible, why don't you let go of what you're doing now as much as possible? Then let go of your mind and body and take a good rest.
Please rest slowly and with peace of mind without thinking about this or that, and please relax and rest your mind and body slowly by getting a good night's sleep.
Please sleep well without thinking ahead.
You're still living the life you've been given, and that life is limited. There is a limit to how much time you can live. It naturally comes to an end.
I sincerely pray that you will take care of yourself first and foremost, and that you will be able to live every day with even a little peace of mind and body.
I sincerely pray to the Buddha, God, and your ancestors so that they can fulfill the ten-life you have been given and be saved in peace. Shishin Gassho Nanmu Amida Buddha Namu Amidabutsu
First, let's kill yesterday's self.
Speaking of what that means, don't drag on yesterday's anger and sorrow, and live every second of the present and here with a fresh heart and a new self.
If you expand your delusional distractions by thinking about the past, future, yourself, or others, your anger, sadness, etc. will be prolonged, and your mood may become depressed or even your physical condition worsens.
Therefore, it is important to stop proudly circulating thoughts about the past, the future, and yourself and others (don't think about the same content over and over).
To that end, it is effective to move the mind (mind) away from delusional distractions and direct it to another object.
In the case of the Jodo sect, they humble Nanmu Amida Buddha and nembutsu, and switch their minds to the cheerful feeling that if they do nembutsu, anyone can pass away in the Pure Land of Paradise, so they'll be fine.
Our hearts are usually swallowed up by the waves of torrents that make us feel bad, but for example, if we imagine the nembutsu of “Namu Amida Buddha” as a bridge crossing a torrent and heading to the Pure Land of Paradise, our minds instantaneously move over a safe bridge and are rescued every time we “namu amu amidabu namu amidabu” from a heart swept away in a bad mood.
If yesterday's self was swept away by a torrent, you should abandon it and climb the “here and now” self to a bridge of peace of mind.
It's hard to get out...
Do you still have a lot of anxiety about life and work? When you're stuck, you get tired of living, and if you can't live no matter what, you want to end your life.
That's because they're connected.
If you're worried, let's do it together. Let's think about your peace of mind.
Good evening Mutsuki
You're pretty tired, aren't you?
Isn't there somewhere we can rest? I think it would be better to stay in the hospital.

I'm too tired right now and I don't think I can think of a good idea. Let's take a good rest.
Take your medicine and go to bed. Let's put off things that don't work out. Let's leave it up to someone else.
Let's make a phone call first and go to the hospital.

Thank you for your thank you message. I was curious.
I'm glad I decided to temporarily live, so I'm so relieved.
