Things to do to take a fresh look at yourself

I'm going to take a fresh look at myself during the year-end and New Year holidays (mainly on the work side).
This is because I've been at my current company for a long time and I don't have skills that can be used anywhere else, but since my current company has 70 points out of 100 comfortable points, it's a mess about whether it's OK to stay this way or come out, and I want to unravel that and find a path that is easy to walk.
What do monks do when they look back at themselves?
Even though there are items I want to look back at, I don't understand what I want to do to look back at, so I'd like to refer to them.

I think the thought of “let's take a fresh look at ourselves” is wonderful.

Nice to meet you. It's called the monk's hearing method.
From the text, I can feel that you are seriously thinking about your work.
“Should I change jobs?” It looks like you're worried about that.

It seems that they are somewhat dissatisfied and worried about “not being able to acquire skills that can be used elsewhere.” On the other hand, there also seems to be a certain sense of satisfaction, with “70 points out of 100 for comfort.”

Of course, jobs with skills are better, but when I hear from many people around me, it seems that not many people are employed in jobs that fall under this category. Companies need to raise profits first, so there are many cases where improving employee skills comes second.

What kind of company (place of work) is good? Mainly...
① Job description
② Salary aspect
③ Working conditions (working hours, holidays, etc.)
④ Work environment (relationships with superiors and colleagues)
⑤ Stability and future potential (current company performance and future prospects)
It will be something like that.

You have been rated at 70 points, so it doesn't seem like a poor working environment. If possible, wouldn't it be a job with 80 points or more? I think it's natural to think that. However, in reality, there are many people who continue to work 50 or 60 points, so changing jobs right away may be a bit risky.

As an alternative, how about continuing your current job while trying to improve your skills separately from work (studying, acquiring techniques, skills, etc.)?

I'm sorry for not being able to give you an exact “absolute” answer, but I hope it's helpful even a little bit. You are seriously thinking about your future, so I'm sure you'll pave the way.

Let's take a close look

I read it.
I read that you want to take a fresh look at your life.

I came up with the idea, but I think it's a good day.

If you can relax to some extent during the year-end and New Year holidays from now on, why not try organizing it by writing down what you've done until now.
Or why don't you write down how you want to live your life from now on, and how you want to live.

I think work is also very important. Then, think carefully about what you do, what your goals are, and how you want to live your life, and review them.

Please look at yourself while looking back like that on a regular basis, then try correcting your trajectory and expanding your options.

I sincerely pray that you will be able to live a rich and fulfilling life both mentally and physically in the future, and that you can walk on your own without making your own decisions from among the many options.
