While having a developmental disability that makes it difficult to live
I have developmental disabilities, ASD and ADHD. When I was in elementary school, I was diagnosed with autism, placed in a special needs class, and I have always lived with complexes about being different from those around me. When I was a student, I was bullied and discriminated against for many years because I was told that I was clumsy because I couldn't study, or that I looked creepy, and I was told that I couldn't work even after adulthood. I disliked myself more and more, and I began to feel that I was worthless anyway, my sense of self-affirmation decreased, I didn't like getting involved with people, and before I knew it, I began to feel that it was better to be alone and at my own pace. I assume that my work and relationships don't last long, that I'm unlucky, and I just rely on my fortune telling. Even when it comes to fortune telling, I only do information on the internet, but when bad fortune telling results come out, I inevitably think I'm unlucky. I'm worried about how to improve my work and relationships from now on, stabilize my income, stabilize my life, and when I can succeed. I'm worried that my life will end up according to the results of my fortune telling. Also, I'm worried that developmental disabilities will affect various things, such as work and relationships. Also, I don't know what to do to become the person of choice.
