I hate my brother and father

I am a family of 4 with my mother, father, and younger brother, but my father has a mild physical disability and can't work, and my younger brother is now in high school.
I hate these two people, and first of all, I understand that my father can't work, but they are very fat, burp, fart, and make a mess during meals, and don't take a bath very often. Also, to be honest, I cannot accept being unfaithful and corrupt as a child, that I see him as a father and that he is connected to this person's blood.
My younger brother doesn't know how to be considerate of others, and he sometimes fights when he goes on a rant at his mother who supports his family. My mom bought juice the other day, do you want to drink it? Just hearing that made them feel grumpy and got into an argument.
I hate those two people. I should just die. However, my mother may be sad then, so I hate it so much that I even think that I should be alone and continue to suffer.
I've heard that anger doesn't last long, but since we're in the same house, I always feel angry somewhere in my heart.
It's hard for me, and I hate hating my family myself. However, I can't forgive my younger brother who rants at my mother, who supports the family alone, and my father who gets dirty without even doing what he can.
What should I do?
Please.

What is your greatest feeling

Thank you for your question.

What would you like to do first?
What would you like to do?

What I felt from the message
They say they want to support their mother
I wanted my mom to be a little more grateful.
I'm sorry if it's different.

If it fits
Since we're each family once
Let's tell our father and brother.
Even that might not change.

But don't get mad.

Because you conveyed your feelings about what you were going to do
After that, please express your gratitude to your mother.

Even if it's a family
What is not conveyed will not be transmitted.

So what are you going to do?
Let's act in accordance with your feelings.
I'm rooting for you.

I think it would be healthier to have a separate life and be independent.

Each family member probably has their own personality, but you get sick of arrogant behavior and lifestyle attitudes that lack compassion.
Even though we're a family, I feel it's difficult to live together.

When you can't afford it, and your father or younger brother who is used to this lifestyle probably doesn't notice that your attitude makes you or your mother uncomfortable. My brother is also a high school student. I think it's still a rebellious period.

It's not a way of blaming people for being careful, “I feel like this. Why don't you tell them, “Be a little more careful.”

Also, if you don't forgive and your anger doesn't subside, I think it would be healthier to be independent by separating your lives.

I hate my family. That's right. It would have been nice if my father was someone I could respect more, but if it were a younger brother I could love, I would be happy, and if it were an ideal family, I hope they would be happy. However, it may be quite difficult to look like the one you drew in a picture. I think they are all living a relaxed lifestyle.

Please be a wonderful person while independently building love and a new life for the future. Cherish relationships that make people around you feel close to you.
Your happiness will also become your mother's happiness.

Try to keep physical distance as much as possible.

Nice to meet you. It's called the monk's hearing method.
You've been desperately walking alone through the dark, haven't you? Your kindness, which has been trying to support your family and mother until now, has now turned into a form of “hate” and is piercing yourself. I'm deeply sorry for that pain.

In Buddhism, the suffering of being obsessed with love and hating an object that doesn't turn out the way you want is explained as “onzo pain (grudge and bitterness).” You both hate them not because you're ruthless, but because you have legitimate grief that your “cherished family” has been destroyed.

First, please say this to yourself. “You can hate it. That's because it's proof that I thought so much about my mother and tried to live a proper life.” There's absolutely no need to blame yourself.

On top of that, I will suggest three practices as a monk.

① Keep physical distance
When they fall down together to save their families, they have no roots or children. First, consider dividing your living space as much as possible to protect your heart.

② Not “mercy” but “abandonment”
Don't try to force yourself to forgive them, divide them as “aliens with immature souls who can't understand words,” and practice cutting off your heart's interest.

③ “Outside” time with mom
If the inside of your house is hell, make time to experience the beautiful scenery, such as eating outside alone with your mother.

You have a right to live your life. Blood ties can't hold you back until your future. The hurdles may be high, but why not consider living outside independently?
