The workplace is difficult

I'm worried about a colleague at work.
The waves of emotions are intense on a regular basis, and aren't they out of line with common sense? I often do that kind of behavior.

For example, when I tell them that I've made a mistake at work, they cry on the spot, and people around me, including me, follow up, but I often don't get to work after that.

I work while crying the other day, so when I asked why, wondering if it was some kind of trouble at work, they said it was difficult because of trouble with private relationships.

Also, there were times when I went to work even though I was suspected of having an infectious disease. I urged them to go home, but they didn't give a reason, and in the end, they didn't try to return until the scheduled time that day.

Apart from work matters, I began to bring personal relationships into my work, and each time I was forced to respond, I was exhausted.

I also think it's okay not to respond one by one, but it's more difficult not to get involved at work, and I feel like I'm babysitting a child whose emotions are difficult to control rather than working.

When it comes to my boss, I don't care about anything other than my own work, and even if my subordinates are crying nearby, they don't say a single word about anything.

I've become constantly frustrated at work and on my days off.

I even try devoting myself to my hobbies to somehow distract myself, but it's hard to get it out of my head.

Today I was really helpless and frustrated from the bottom of my stomach, and I hit myself hard until I had a bruise on my leg.

It's a story where I have to be so generous that I can accept that person, but it's painful because I'm also frustrated with myself for not being able to do that.

Don't look away

('👄 `) Hello. ♨ Welcome to the Buddha's flower garden.
If you look closely, this world is the flower of the law, the flower field of the Lotus flower yo, ohoho.
how's it going? is it blooming? Flowers in my head.
🌺🌺🌺
Why don't you hear about a field of flowers?
Did you feel like it meant something bad?
If you say sir in the middle of his head, in a field of flowers, that doesn't mean anything!
Did you feel like it meant a good thing?
I wonder if it means to say paradise in this world, a field of flowers.
So, words and human gestures depend on how you look at it, and on your mind, right? Ohohohoho!
('👄 `)
You don't look like you're looking directly at that person, do you?
I'm looking at the other side. look away.
This person is like this, this person is like this, when this person does something like this, they have various options, right?
Stop looking away.
If you don't look away, it's not about looking away; it's about looking straight and right in the middle of the person without sharing your own opinions.
Looking away means a lot of subjectivity on your part, oohohoho!
For example, flowers.
You're also called “Hana,” aren't you? 🌺
That's a great name! It's nice to have flowers! Something that can breathe! Ohohoho!! (That way) It really is a field of flowers! this answer, monk!
※If one is missing, there is an adversarial theory according to the questioner. The response style changes depending on how you feel (are you feeling?)
I'm sorry.
I also have to write interesting things.
Now, when it comes to flowers, there's no front or back.
There's no such thing as which flower is the tallest or prettiest.
Even if there is, it's a human rule.
The value of flowers that were precious in the past also changes when mass-produced.
Plums spill out, cherry blossoms scatter, peonies fall, and camellias fall, there are various scattering expressions. But don't look away! The fact is that the petals just fell off! Poton!
Ohohohoho!
But let's still look at that too!
There's no word for falling, poton.
You can use a ball or tissue until you understand it, so let go of your hands on the floor over and over again right in front of you.
Then, it gradually fell there, reached the ground, and the ground wasn't dirty like Doburoku. It means looking at facts as they are.
Then you won't be able to look away from your eyes and mind.
Next time, try to do it with awareness at work. Thanks for your answers later.
If you can see this straight without evaluation as that child is, the flower of your enlightenment has just begun to sprout. it's an opportunity. Please take good care of them. 🐘

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have them leave?

Good evening. The fact that I burst into tears right away means that the person himself has run over capacity. Also, it seems that “not going home even though it may be an infectious disease” means that you cannot be considerate of your surroundings.
If so, as you say, either “I don't care” or “let the person face me” is a variable range, isn't it?
If you choose “I don't care,” separate it from “her tears are different from mine.” Please do it even while crying. It's not coldness, it's a form of believing in “a sense of responsibility to get it done even while crying.” People around you probably understand it, so I only evaluate work performance and don't touch my emotions. Originally, it's a place where you want to “take your own mood,” but what you should prioritize over that is getting the job done.
If it's the latter, it's a bit bothersome, but it's about asking them to put into words what they think of “myself who cries right away.” Do you think “I want to quit being like that”? If you insist, “This is my style,” this too can be left unattended. If you “want to quit,” it would be a good idea to go out with someone. In that case, “It's a good idea to praise (point out) things that are done normally. When I see them putting up with it, they acknowledge “You've put up with it very well” or “I was able to take care not to make everyone feel uneasy.”
Not everyone joins the company as a finished product. There must have been a time when you were a rookie too. Your stumbling block and hers are different places, but the process of nurturing them is the same.
When I'm at a loss, I go back to the starting point of “have you completed the work?”
However, none of them will be easy. However, the frustration you feel is not because you are bad, but because the boundaries of human relationships are being threatened. I think it's very natural.
If her behavior pattern changes, it means it has changed her life. That is why it is precious in the human world. I think “putting out your hand and making an effort” will increase your level of satisfaction rather than “being frustrated by not putting out your hands.”

Encourage them to switch their minds. Be aware that you shouldn't take it too seriously

You are responsible for your own mood.
There is no problem with this control for people with a stable mind, but for people with an unstable balance of mind, it is difficult that it overflows.
Exactly, like you said, it's like a child.

Certainly, there is an impact on people around you.
However, even though you are in such a situation, if you don't process information and emotions yourself, you won't be able to adapt to society or work.
It's also a problem that the person himself faces. I don't think you need to worry about anything.

Tell them what they need to say and encourage them to switch their feelings by saying, “If you're going to cry, go outside and adjust your feelings.” Be aware that you shouldn't take it too seriously.

This is not because they are cold, but because they are not swayed by their opponents.

Please get away from your current environment as soon as possible and rest your mind and body.

I read it.
It's a very serious problem, isn't it?

The first thing I want to tell you is that I was so frustrated that I hit my own leg until I got a bruise.
This is the limit scream your heart is raising, and it's a very dangerous sign.
You are blaming yourself, saying, “You just need to have a more generous heart,” but please don't blame yourself anymore.
The current situation far exceeds the level that can be solved with individual effort and patience.

The public and private confusion and emotional behavior of colleagues, and the irresponsibility of the boss who pretends not to see it. These are clearly abnormal, and they are not something you, who are serious and have a strong sense of responsibility, should carry alone.

I'll start with the conclusion.
“I strongly recommend that you physically leave that place of work.”

If it were me, I'd quit without hesitation.
This is because work is meant to enrich your life, and it shouldn't destroy yourself.
There is no such thing as a job in this world where you have to protect yourself until you hurt yourself.

There may be a sense of guilt or defeat about “running away,” but withdrawing to protect oneself is a decisive decision in life.
You can't change the character of another person or organization, but you can change where you are.

First, take a vacation, etc., take a break from your current environment as soon as possible, and rest your mind and body.
Please make your own life the most important thing.

I sincerely pray that you will be able to regain your peaceful days.
