I have a past where I hurt people, and I'm worried about the future
Nice to meet you, I came across this site while doing a lot of research, and I'm writing it for the first time.
I hurt a friend when I was in middle school.
They often said things that looked down on, such as “stupid,” “stupid,” etc., and LINE replies were careless and looked down on. There was nothing wrong with me myself, and I didn't think anything about it because I was on good terms.
At one point, I was told, “We won't meet again,” and after thinking slowly and carefully, I realized that I was completely at fault. We made a firm apology and resolved it in the form of reconciliation.
I hurt people and regretted that I did something like bullying them.
Since then, I haven't made many friends. Even so, when I play with people I'm on good terms with naturally, I sometimes wonder, “Can I make myself happy that I hurt people in this way?” Sometimes, even now, I take a cold attitude towards my friends. There are times when I fall into self-loathing while getting into a futon and can't fall asleep.
Also, by not being actively involved with people, I was greatly worried about my future life as a member of society. I know it's not something you can do as a lone wolf, but after all, I want to be alone, and I think it would be troublesome when involved with people of a very different age.
What kind of attitude should I live with from now on?
I'm sorry for the bad and long sentence.
